We stayed here for 1 night en route to the UK from Italy. Hotel is situated right on Stanislas Square. We took a room with a side view of the square and it was very quiet, comfortable and spacious. The hotel reception was a bit basic but functional and the staff were helpful. Parking is in a multi storey car...

We booked this hotel at the last minute and it was a real find. The room was nicely appointed and large, the bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet. The bathroom has been updated. The hotel was elegant and the staff was terrific. They all spoke English and were very helpful. The best part of this hotel was...

This hotel is located on the beautiful Place Stanislas. It is close to restaurants, bakeries, and many restaurantants and cafes. The staff was very friendly, and they spoke English. The lobby/salon is beautiful. The room was very nice with a large bathroom. I highly recommend it.

This hotel has everything you can expect from a hotel and more. Granted, there is no parking but a very cheap one is just around the corner. Sure, this hotel has seen better days but it still magnificent. Agreed, you could stay in the Mercure but Grand hôtel de la Reine is on the PLACE STANISLAS! The view from the...

The minute you walk in this hotel you feel you have stepped back in time. It is in a truly magnificent setting in the famous Stanislas Square in the centre of Nancy. The hotel is just a little tired but this does not detract from its charm. The staff very helpful but felt guidance from the top was lacking. The...

While the location is incredible since this is the main square, it is shocking that this 4 something star hotel has no working elevator, no closet in the room where you can hang clothes, no safe or a coffee/tea service. The lady at the reception was very helpful but given they claim to have a 4 star rating, I am...

Stayed in a 2nd floor single bed room on 28 November 2012 during a business visit to Saint Gobain factory the next day which was an hour drive from the hotel. It is most ideally and centrally located in Stanislas Place, a huge square and a heritage site. Nearby attractions include a cathderal, beautiful gardens & shopping arcade and an...

Stayed only one night as we were in transit but wish we could have stayed far longer, if only for the incredibly comfortable bed! But that would leave out the spectacular location, the evening light show, the sense of grandeur and history, the helpful staff, the wonderful bar, and the great value. Honestly don't have any complaints.

This hotel has loads of charachter and history. Maybe rooms are not too new, but they are clean and spacious enough. Service is great. An amazing location in the heart of Nancy. The town itself is almost idyllic. I shall definately return and would not stay anywhere else but Grand Hotel de La Reine.

The Grand Hotel de la Reine is perfectly positioned to be a great hotel, but it fell down in a number of ways. We arrived at about 11:30 and our room was not available. We checked our bags and I asked if they had a map of the city. I was told they were out of them and pointed us...
