Excellent location in a narrow, quiet street, two minutes' walk from Place aux Herbes, many bars, cafes and restaurants. The welcome was very warm, friendly and helpful. The room's decor is a tasteful mix of classic Provencal with modern art. There is evidence of attention to fine detail wherever you look. The room had plenty of storage space and lots...

Hostellerie Provencale is a great hotel. We were received with warm greetings upon arrival, patient and attentive assistance with check in with an exceptional location close to everything. Our room was stylishly decorated, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was extraordinary with an oversized walk-in shower and large wash basin with lots of great space!

Great hotel overall. Room was spacious, clean, quiet, cool, well located. The owner was a really nice gentlemen, very concerned about our stay. The best thing about our stay was the restaurant. The dinners were wonderful. Delicious. The location is within walking distance of everything. You don't even need a bike. The only thing between 4 stars and 5 stars...

The lodgings were beautiful, with the exception of some bizarre art in our room. We stayed across the lane and the internet connection was extremely poor. The breakfast was inconsistent and sparsely doled out. The staff disappeared frequently so it was impossible to get a second cup of coffee. With the exception of the beautiful room, we were, overall, not...

Loved our one night stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Staff were courteous and helpful and room was lovely. Loads of interesting modern art everywhere. Roof terrace restaurant was great (although definitely not cheap) and the breakfast served in the morning was delicious. Perfect location for visiting the bars and sights of Uzes.

We found this place to be charming, with its quirky blend of French country and modernist art. The bathrooms had all modern fixtures. Our rooms were adjacent, so our small balconies abutted on each other. They were not big enough to hang out on, but I could fit a chair on it and comfortably sit and read early in the...

Nice 3-night stay here. Owners are great, friendly, welcoming and helpful, can't say enough nice things about them. Breakfast is an excellent continental with fresh local stuff, good start to the day. Our room was nice & big for a triple, plenty of room for all of us. Bathroom was good, too, good shower - hot & pressure. I had...

Got in late after being lost cycling. So, unfortunately, did not really get to enjoy this place as much as we could have. It's much like a B&B atmosphere and the fellows running things were fabulous. Older place, reminded me of my grandmother's house except there was avante garde art EVERYWHERE. It was a gallery unto itself and extremely interesting....

We chose Uzes as a base for our exploration of the South. We have been to the costal region many times and specifically planned this to be a village tour. Uzes seemed the perfect base for this as you'd reach the Provence on the east and Languedoc easily. We loved Uzes for its small town charm with the twice weekly...

I was looking forward to breakfast every day - it was fresh and healthy. The building is old but well maintained, with a perfect location. Some furniture could be updated, but a good experience overall for a fair price.
