Ok we got off to a great start by being upgraded for our 5 night stay to the "apartment" - a charming self contained part of the main building complete with fully fitted kitchen - and even a washing machine - LOVED IT. We were warmly welcomed by Deborah who provided us with a comprehensive tour of the Mas and... More

My wife booked us in at the Mas Laurent for 2 nights, from there we were going to move onto the coast for the remainder of our honeymoon. Within the first 5 minutes of arrival we knew we had found something special, and ended up booking an additional 4 nights at the Mas Laurent. The six days we spent here... More

Mas Laurent is a bit off the beaten track, but is worth finding. Our room was comfortable, although the bathroom wasn't the greatest. However, that isn't the point -- the hotel has absolutely beautiful grounds, and wonderful, friendly hosts. The guests are highly interactive, and we spent quite a bit of time outside, sharing bottles of wine with other visitors.... More

I rarely rate on tripadvisor and when I do then only when it was spectacular. This is one of these rare occasions. This is the provence Mas (Farmhouse) you always dreamed about: I do not have to tell you how beautiful the Mas is because this can be seen on the pictures. In conclusion: It is super nice and the... We stayed at Mas Laurent for 4 nights. I don't know whether it was good research, good luck or a bit of both that lead me to Mas Laurent in Uzes. Whatever it was it was very fortuitous indeed. The reasons are: 1. Our hosts, Debra and Tim. We are Australian as are Tim and Debra and I did wonder... More

We couldn't believe our eyes, or our luck, when we arrived at Mas Laurent. What a find! It is simply stunning, in a wonderful location; the house, pool and grounds are beautiful, and are lovingly maintained by Deborah and Tim. From our first conversation With Deborah who was friendly and accommodating, we thought our overnight stay would be pleasant however we had no idea how fabulous it would be from start to finish! We had a great stay at Mas Laurent. Deborah and Tim were very welcoming, and they upgraded us to the gite which was specially nice and comfortable. The buildings and garden are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfasts were exceptionally tasty, generous and nicely served on the balcony overseeing the garden. Deborah was very helpful and... More

Uzes is a little slice of heaven, a relatively easy drive west of Avignon. It is an historic, small town with a rich history great for exploring and not yet spoilt. Just outside of the centre is Mas Laurent, a 17th century farmhouse which has been beautifully and lovingly restored as a B&B by Deborah & Tim, originally from Australia.... More
