Very convenient, just off the motorway. Very friendly and helpful staff, we arrived late after the restaurant was closed, but nevertheless, the chef took the time and made us a wonderful meal, can't get better than that! Clean rooms, everything is faultless. Perfect for an overnight travel stop, or even longer. We stayed there on our way to Spain and again back to our home from Spain as well. Can't beat it!

Basic and a bit Spartan but clean and fairly quiet. It's nestled in an area with lots of hotels so it has to find a niche and has successfully found one. Did not use the restaurant so can't comment. Good car park.

We booked for one night at the hotel and found it to be a nice, clean and quiet hotel. It's about 40 mins from Narbonne to walk and surrounded by an industrial estate, but is a businesslike and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive and the breakfast was reasonable. To see Narbonne economically I would recommend it.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Brit hotel in Narbonne. The staff were extra helpful upon our arrival and assisted us due to an accident before we arrived. The food was exceptional and the young waiter was terrific. Thankyou and I would stay agsin.

Booked this hotel online a month in advance, paying €41 for a double room. We planned it as an overnight stop on a long drive of around a thousand miles between Southern Spain and The French Alps, so by the time we got to the hotel we'd had a ten hour drive. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. At least one spoke English. We had a ground floor room with a glazed patio door opening onto a communal grassed area at the back of the hotel. Oddly, this only had a scrap of net curtain hanging across it - this is a full length glazed door and it is dark by 6pm. Needless to say, we both felt pretty uncomfortable with this and had to rig the bed scarf as a makeshift blind, which gave us some privacy. The heating is provided by a wall mounted air conditioner/heater unit and there is a control panel next to the bed to create the illusion that you have some control over it. In fact, the heater does not respond to the control panel in the room, but is controlled by a unit at reception, which controls the heating in all rooms. At the time of our arrival it was 6 degrees Celsius outside and the room was very cold. The heater did not work and I reported it to reception. The reception staff were all smiles and told me that they had just fired the system up, so if I could just wait five minutes it would be okay. Half an hour later, the heating was still not working. Reception apologised and said they'd just had to reboot the system and if I could wait just ten more minutes... In fact, whilst it did eventually fire up, the heating was never right and the room was cold for the duration of our stay. As for the rest, well, wi-fi was excellent, The tv worked and the water was hot. The shower was hot, though it went cold/ scalding every time someone flushed a lavatory in the hotel... The walls are so thin you can hear the people next door changing their minds... BUT, for forty one euros, I suppose you can't expect too high a standard. In summary; cheap, just about adequate for our needs.
