Stayed here for one night. Booked a quadrupled room but was told didn't have one so was given 2 double which wasn't a problem. Parked outside of our room. Disable friendly access. Room smelt of stale smoke, very basic room, not the best beds, tiny bathroom. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Easy walking distance to shops It was fine for one night. Good food served over the road in campanile

Would like to give this a good, rather than an average rating. Check-in was smooth, room was at the end of a long corridor, and had an emergency exit conveniently close by. The room was clean, functional, and we had a restful night, after having had an awful night the night before. Breakfast was ok, with the usual choices in breads and drinks. Would definitely recommend for road-trip stop-overs.

We tried to get a hotel in Narbonne without success and this was the only one available apart from a smoking room in their Hotel opposite. Very clean, tidy and comfortable beds but too close to the motorway. Noisy even with the windows shbut. All the corridors smelt of 'Yankee Candles' which was rather overpowering. The Hotel opposite which is called 1 is further from the motorway so would be acceptable I think.

This is a rather basic hotel and the price was reasonable. Our room was miles from the reception area down a long, long corridor...quite a trek with suitcases. The process of checking in etc was easy and quick. The hotel is well placed to visit Narbonne and handy for the main routes out of the city and motorways. It was a busy Friday night and the hotel seemed full. Mostly families. Our quadruple room (a double and two singles) was small and cramped with one of the beds 'above' the double. The bathroom was tiny and dark. Breakfast was quite basic but not bad value for money. After a reasonable night we went to check out and had a glimpse of a massive, spacious quadruple room, on the ground floor near reception. I can only presume it was a room with 'disabled' facilities but it did give me massive 'room envy'. It was far better than our room and as we booked 6 months in advance it would have been nice to get a superior room. Probably would not use this hotel again.

On our road trip to the Narbonne area & spain, we used the B&B chain 3 times for just stop overs,Dreux, here,Evreux. this was the worst ,the corridors were very dark & depressing, the only good point was the clean & comfortable bed. It needs a good refurb. we had a terrible experiance @ 1.30 am when the night security guard knocked on the door then let his self in [despite the door extra locked inside] before we could open the door. He mumbled "sorry emergency" then vanished. I went into the corridor nothing!!. We could only hope he thought the room was empty & was going to use it?
