We had a very comfortable room with a balcony at the front of the hotel. The room was nicely furnished and clean and the balcony had a table and chairs plus deckchairs. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent with some nice touches like an orange squeezer for fresh juice and a boiled egg maker. You do need... More

What a find. A great small hotel in Collioure. Spent three nights there in June 2016 but wished I could've stayed longer. Lovely, clean and large room with a large terrace complete with table & 2 chairs plus sunbeds with spectacular mountain views. Great breakfast and a heated rooftop pool with plenty of shade. Staff were super friendly and very... More

Collioure is a jewel, an amazing spot for holidays travellers. It is situated in the south of France near the border with Spain. We spent only one night in the Hotel Madeloc and regretted not to be able to enjoy it more. Everything was perfect, the artistic decoration makes you feel very comfortable, the lovely pool in the terrasse was... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and found the hotel to be modern with very good beds and quiet rooms. Always clean and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was complete and inexpensive for the area. If you like to walk, this is the hotel for you.

We spent only one night on Hotel Madeloc while passing through on a costal round trip in Southern France. The hotel is relatively contently located a bit up hill from the main old town, about 7 minutes walk. The area seems somewhat residential and is relatively quiet. From time to time you can hear the trains from the nearby line.... More

Don't quite know what the buzz is about this hotel. It's perfectly ok but nothing special. Staff do speak English which may be important to you and rooms are clean. It is rather basic with smallish rooms and ok bathrooms. Our room had a drab terrace, one chair and a bizarre bar stool to sit on. A/c is good, wifi... More

Excellent service staff very friendly and helpful. We were three ladies in triple room which was adequate although the bathroom was lacking in storage space. Very comfy beds and spacious balcony. Superb breakfast well worth the €12. Great having a fridge in the room although it would be better if it was empty so you can stock it yourself, also it would... More

this is a spotless, friendly hotel. The staff are lovely. The rooms are no frill but very nice. The breakfast is a must for €12. Excellent. Lovely pool area. Unfortunately there is no bar. It is situated at the top of an incline so not suitable for everyone.

We had a standard room this time - bathroom a little small and balcony very tight - but hotel was excellent and great breakfast available until 10.30 and checkout until 11am. Pool is on third floor - fine for us but there is no lift if you can't manage the stairs. Staff very polite, helpful and courteous. We would stay... More
