A family business. We ate at the hotel for breakfast (good fresh bread and patisserie, Tiptree jams and marmalades), and on different days also for lunch and dinner. Reasonable menu, decent cooking and same price as some of the touristy rubbish elsewhere in Aigues Mortes. The restaurant is run as a separate business. The hotel looked after us very nicely... This is a B@B not a hotel.. The very nice receptionist gave us our room key, and as it was just after 12 left, saying that the reception would be open again at 5pmLeaving the hotel unattended, with no sign of any security. We locked the front door and went out to explore the very attractive town, had some lunch... More

Ideally located just inside the ramparts this hotel is in a perfect location. However, at the time of our stay it was operating as a B & B, both the bar and restaurant were closed for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was overpriced compared to other locations stayed at recently. Although the hotel advertises WiFi available throughout we... More

Stayed two nights in July 2015 with a group of friends. Stayed in Room 4, it overlooked the wall and faced onto the street with the restaurants. Stayed a Thursday and Friday night. Both nights at approximately 3.00am we were all woken by bins full of glass bottles being emptied. The sound reverberates off the wall which exacerbates the problem.... More

Very strange checking in system. We arrived at 4.30 just for one night and the hotel was closed. We knew that checking was 5 to 8 pm but at 5.15 we had to phone a mobile number and the owner appeared some minutes later. The room was lovely but there was live loud music until reasonably late from the restaurant... More

Everything about this hotel is perfect for its class, except for the noise in the morning. In spite of its very quiet location, garbage men come by at six in the morning (even on Sunday) and dump tons of wine bottles. Otherwise very nice with a very charming host, Thomas.

We really enjoyed staying here and were welcomed on arrival and check in was easy. To be fair we had read the reviews from other people about the noise but to be really honest it wasn't a problem for us as we felt the location more than made up for it. The service was really good. We stayed for 6... More

This hotel is in a convenient location but we did have problems staying there. Parking was a problem at first as the girl at reception had difficulty advising us how and where you can park. She said that when you leave you press a red button. No red button on machine when you left.we pressed a help button each time and a... This is a review of the restaurant. In spite of the owner's beseeching us to stay, we had used it only as a convenient spot to meet up, without knowing the place, other than through Trip Advisor. There was a lunch menu at very reasonable prices and we should have stuck to that; perhaps foolishly we wandered off to the... More

The hotel is very nice, the staff is always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are pretty big, it looks as if the hotel has just been restructured/built. It's located in a great and convenient place within the medieval walls. The restaurant too deserves to be mentioned!
