We found this accommodation, indeed this village, at the very last minute, after a much elongated road trip, thanks to numerous traffic incidents, (thankfully not involving us), quite unexpectedly. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast which was tasty, fresh and plentiful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here, and...

Cracking find....a lovely welcome. The restaurant was closed but the owners provided us with a drink no problem. Nothing was too much trouble although not the ritzy was more than adequate. Would go back

We went back to this restaurant as we had great food four years ago along with a great chat with owner regarding Rugby. We were a little early to be eating but we were ushered in for a cocktail and nibbles while we looked at the menu. The food was nice along with the local wine Gris.

Couldn't book the hotel through Tripadvisor so phoned them direct. Managed to book a room for two adults and two children with my Franglais. Got room 1 which is a twin with bunk beds for the kids. Great value, great amenities and spotlessly clean. Very relaxed atmosphere right in the heart of the town, a true family-run hotel. Did eat...

A wonderful stay. Room was cosy but very comfortable. Fantastic / friendly service. Ambience is delightful and location is super. I enjoyed a delicious dinner and light breakfast. Eric and Corinne speak English quite well and are very helpful.

We weren't sure if we wanted to stay the night in Aigues-Mortes, but when we stumbled across this hotel in the walled city we decided that we would, such was the warmth of the welcome . Our room was well appointed, practical, light and airy- and spotless. Sunday night and Monday are the owners' time off so they gave us...

What can I say? We have been coming here for the last 6 years and we consider Corinne and Eric as friends. The hotel is simple and rustic and unpretentious. Always friendly and always eager to help, both of them make your stay special. I'm not sure how well they speak English because we always speak French with them, but...

We were looking for a nice quiet evening and a simple good meal. We found it at the restaurant of the Hotel Chez Carriere. The "Moules Marinieres" were very good and served in a very reasonable quantity, the "Joues de Porc" and the "Emince de Poulet a la Roquefort" were succulent.

Found this hotel via the local tourism Information office. We were very pleased with the bedrooms and the location right in the heart of the old part of the town was ideal. We didn't use the restaurant just because we wanted to eat nearby in the main square. However it looked good value and breakfast was good value and typically...
