"Room 109 has the funky little stairs to get to the bed level. Be careful getting up in the middle of the night."
"Ground floor has a window view on the garden"
"All rooms very quiet"
"Views are limited, it is in a quiet side street within easy walking distance of the palace and a number of restaurants and bars."
"I would ask for a ground floor room as the lift was a little hard to navigate!"
