Manager and staff very accomadating, made my wifes birthday special, we will be back, looked after our bags as versailles has a big bag ban policy, Quite Understandable after recent events. The owner is a credit to hoteliers and being an ex General Manager myself i can see he has managed to employ genuine nice people that really like their... More

We stumbled on this hotel when we arrived in Versailles and found the staff extremely helpful, especially when in booking our tickets to the Chateau and gardens online. As well as enabling us to stay the 2nd night, despite not originally having the space. They were also happy to make us stronger than usual coffee in the mornings. The location... More

Arrived in his hotel. My partner and I were not happy with the room. It was so small. For the price it was very poor. We complained to the management. They were so helpful they moved us to a different hotel across the road Hotel de Jeu de Paume. This a was a different standard a beautiful room with king size... More

I found this a solid choice for the location, but this is one of those "depends on your priorities" moments. The building/carpets/bathrooms are older. The rooms are small but the beds are clean and so are the bathrooms, with the exception of a little mold in a corner or two. This was NOT a problem for me given that the... More

Even though the location is just perfect if you want to visit the city (you are only a few hundred yards from the Castle main entrance and very close to a pedestrian area), this hotel needs clearly some refurbishing. The bathroom is not at the right standard, even for a two-star hotel. Indeed, it would deserve a door and not... More

Good location for Versailles as previously mentioned. Yes lack of parking is an issue. The bathroom is far greater an issue though. We were in a twin room on the first floor (room 10?) and the bathroom had no door, just a curtain across. Having arrived wanting a nice hot bath, there was no plug to be found so that... More

We stayed here, as a family of four, for one night. The day receptionist was exceptionally helpful and informative. The family room was as described, clean and comfortable. We could hear noise from adjoining room(s) but this was short-lived and to be expected for a hotel of this type. Breakfast was good and again we were looked after by the... More

Very near the Convention Centre, the cityhall and the station is this small hotel with a very kind and helpful staff. The room I had (no. 12) was small, simple but speckless clean and with a good bed. A hotel to choose, if you are not out to luxury.

The good points are the location, just a few minutes from the Palace, on the edge of the old part of Versailles, so plenty of restaurants and bars nearby but on a relatively quiet street. The bus and train stations are within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for a very expensive town. The bad points... More
