Very well located hotel, so close to Versailles. Convenient parking underneath the hotel you can access from the elevator. Small room. Good rain shower. Decent sized TV. Bring an HDMI cable to watch your own shows if you don't speak French though. Only BBC was in English and we like to watch TV before bed.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights, received a free room upgrade and great service. Room was very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect for our visit to the palace and all the grounds. Breakfast was plentiful with a good range of food. This hotel is also sited within a 4 to seven minute walk of good restaurants for dinner. Will have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again.

Spent quite some time choosing this hotel to ensure a good location for gardens and transport, and for this it was ideal. The garage parking was quite hair raising due to having a modern sized car but good for leaving secure. The premium family room was a decent size with all facilities and a modern bath/shower. The breakfast was hot and cold and very good, with a choice of fruit, yoghurts and juices. The decor also added to the ambiance of the experience. However, when hotels in Paris are shutting for August due to the lack of tourists, it was disappointing that the room and elsewhere in the hotel was so very dusty and needed a really good vacuum and rather tired. When moving side tables to access charging points for my phone the dust motes were so obvious and the carpet had not been properly cleaned for some time. Such a shame as the bedding and towels were great. Staff were friendly and helpful and mask wearing obligatory - though ignored by some.

This hotel has a number of pros and cons. The biggest pro is that it is 5 minutes walk to the palace of Versailles so a great location. It is also close to bars, cafes and restaurants. The staff were quite helpful. Our room was quite big for a city based hotel and here ends the pros. The hotel is part of a wider residential apartment block and there was quite a lot of noise during the night. The room was a little tired, some of the power outlets did not work and we couldn't get the TV to show TV programmes, just hotel info. I couldn't find any instructions to work the TV. The biggest problem with the hotel is the cost versus the quality. We would have expected a much higher standard for the price we paid and the cost of parking was a substantial additional expense. We probably will not stay here when we next visit Versailles.

Stayed at this hotel for two days on our way home from the Pyrenees region. The receptionist was very friendly, and gave us an upgrade on our room. The room was large well furnished, and very clean. The hotel has an underground car park which was very convenient for us as we were able to leave luggage in the car that we didn't require. There was about twenty restaurants within a five minute walk, we dined in two which were excellent. The palace of Versailles is literally a short stroll from the hotel, and if you don't wish to pay to see the palace the gardens are free to wander in. We had lunch in the palace gardens restaurant which was delisious, and not expensive. The place is not open on a Monday although you can still go into the gardens.

We booked a family room which was plenty big enough for a family of 4. The decor was unusual with a full wall Versailles scene which added to the character. Unlike some other reviews we found our room to be clean and nicely decorated. We overlooked a large ish courtyard and it was very quiet. The reception staff were very friendly and it was set up well for covid precautions. We didn't need to park in the hotels carpark as during August parking is free in certain areas on the road. The hotel us situated in a quiet side street where there was plenty of parking at this time. Its a very short walk to the Palace which was handy especially after the night-time fireworks which finish quite late. There's lots of restaurants close by to chose from too

A bit dull looking from the outside but very well kept on the inside. Friendly and competent staff, full compliance of COVID rules, French breakfast and good size rooms. Good free wi-fi and they do have parking. Very close to the Chateau and walking distance to everything.

First of all , the renovated room pictures i saw before booking don’t match the old rooms i stayed in . All the heaters don’t work . Safety box doesn’t work . Water leakage from the shower . Noisy sounds all the time either from the maintenance staff or other rooms using the toilets . Very tiny elevator . You have to take the stairs to get to the main street . Definitely needs more staff and maintenance. Not a 4 star hotel. The only positives ( location & big rooms )

A very, comfy hotel, two minutes walk from the Palace of Versailles. Exceptionally clean, very comfy beds, lovely breakfast (if you search, you can find a deal, where it is included in the room rate) helpful staff, easy walk to the centre of town. Closets need to be larger.
