The rooms are small but the price is right and it is clean. The proximity to the palace is nice and there are quite a few restaurants within a short walk. The creature comforts are lacking but we did not come here to lounge in our hotel room. 5/7 would stay here again.

We took the train to Versailles to spend the night so we could visit the palace first thing in the morning. I tried to book an AirBnB, but none were available or were convenient. The Ibis was PERFECT. It was a quick walk from the train station and an equally quick walk to the palace. Our check-in was so great.... More

This hotel is located on top of a night club bar. Twice a week they have night club nights and they play music between 10 pm and 1:00 am without interruption. I was staying in room 201. I was sleeping near 10 pm when my bed and window started to vibrate because of the music. After a while I had... More

The Ibis Hotel Versailles is well situated just off the main street to the chateau. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only negative comments are that the bathrooms are very small (tight squeeze between the wash basin and wall) and the air conditioning unit doesn't really work to cool the room. Breakfast had good... My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, having only been to Versailles for a day-trip previously we thought it would be nice to stay in the town and see a little more than the Chateau and gardens. The hotel is perfectly situated just across the road from the train station around the corner from the tourist information centre... More

Really near the Château, good service and not expensive. Excellent choice then. Franco, who works in the bar deserves also my greetings for his kindness. The only inconvinient is that there are no Twin beds. It´s a pitty since the hotel would attrack more clients. But beyond that inconvinient, the rooms are clean and have enough espace for a short... Typical ibis with small rooms and even smaller bathrooms but clean and functional and comfortable bed. Well located for palace and train station for trips into paris on the very frequent trains. Car parking arrangements are a bit strange as 3 floors below street level and then a lift and a short walk along the street before getting to the... More

We stayed here last summer, as we wanted to visit the palace. When we arrived it was a little difficult to find the car park, but we got there in the end. It was a bit of a trek to get to the hotel, especially having a large case. The rooms were small but very clean and the bed was... More
