Lovely stay but with a couple of reservations..
That’s why I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5. So I stayed here for two nights between 11th and 13th January 2020. I had a lovely room on the 5th floor with a gorgeous bathroom with a bath including a rain shower and a very comfortable double bed and lovely pillows. No wonder I always had a very good night sleep. However even though I admit that nothing is perfect in life, yet for a five-star hotel, the breakfast could have been better with a wider selection of food and should have been replenished when finished. The staff were all the time courteous but as I said, the lack of food was a disappointment. I always had enough share of food because I used to go before 9:00am, after which food was never replenished. The other ‘disappointment’ was the minibar. Even though it was fully stocked, yet the prices were too exorbitant in my opinion and not reasonable. I’ve been to five-star hotels before but never have I encountered prices five- times the normal price. Anyhow all in all it’s a good hotel which is quite central in Paris, close to the Louvre and Place Vendôme and easy walking distance to other interesting places nearby for example la Comédie française and Palais Royal and île de la cite. The hotel offers also very good toiletries and I was also given a free face mask which I found on my bed with a ‘good night’ note. I found this quite a lovely gesture. However all in all I would like to thank all the staff at Le Roch hotel and spa for a lovely stay.
Dear Rosanne, We were very pleased to have you as our guest, and we thank you for taking the time to share this lovely and very detailed review on your stay at Le Roch Hotel & Spa ! As you noticed, our team is entirely dedicated to our guests' well-being, and it is a great pleasure to learn that you appreciated the quality of their service :) We are also glad to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of the room we had prepared for you ! We do not forget to take note of your remarks, though : your recommandations on our mini-bar and breakfast offer haven been carefully recorded, and we will rely on your comments for future improvements. We hope that the delicate gestures of our team made your days (and nights !) in Paris absolutely perfect, and that we will have an opportunity to host you again in the future :) Best regards, The Management

    Great hotel
Our stay at Le Roch was excellent. The rooms were great, the people at the reception desk could not do enough for us. The location was great for most of the tourist sites in Paris - we were able to walk to the Opera, the Marais, the Champs, lots of shopping and the museums. Yet the street is ultra quiet, the rooms have good black out curtains and are very quiet.
Dear Dic, Thank you deeply for this wonderful feedback ! It is always a pleasure to know our guests were happy with their experience here at Le Roch :) Our team do their best to offer you a unique moment in the very heart of Paris, and we thank you for appreciating the quality of their service ! We hope that you enjoyed Paris and its wonders, and that you will come visit our 5-star boutique-hotel again for your next visit in the City of Light. Kind regards, The Management

Adorable boutique hotel with kind staff
Our family of four stayed for 5 night in July. We booked a family room which consists of 2 connecting rooms. What we liked: Close to everything Nice showers Friendly staff willing to deliver Uber eats to our room, offer umbrellas on a rainy day, call a taxi, etc. Housekeeping did a nice job Pool was a nice surprise Breakfast was great - although limited menu What we didn’t like: Rooms are small - but we know that is normal for Paris and having connecting rooms required us to select smaller rooms The location is very busy. You are close to everything but it is busy…meaning packed streets, slow moving… Bottom Line: a solid choice if you like boutique hotels. I think many of the negative reviews are from people who either do not know what hotels cost in Paris or who like larger hotels that offer more services, resources.

We are Marriott folks so when we going to stay in Paris for a few days before a river cruise, we looked for a hotel close to the main sights. The Le Roch Hotel was close to The Louvre, The Left Bank & many other required things to see in Paris. The hotel is a boutique hotel & the entrance is a bit understated, but from the moment we stopped to unload our luggage to the time we checked out, the staff was outstanding. They were always helpful, friendly, responsive & patient when we needed anything. The lobby area is small, but very comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel other than some breakfast pastries s owe can't comment about the food, but the service at the bar was outstanding. Our room was small, but that is Europe. Our only issue was the bathroom. The bath/shower was difficult to get in because the side was so high. We also had to lay a towel down in front of the shower to prevent from slipping. This sounds trivial, but when you are my age & have been injured from slipping & falling, it is an issue. Other than that, it was an enjoyable three days in a comfortable hotel with a great location.

We just got back from Paris and our stay at Le Roch was one of the best experiences we've had! We have high expectations coming from New York City and we were not expecting such spacious rooms and modern decor. We stayed in the family suite so we had plenty of space and our daughter had her own room and bathroom...made such a difference! We all slept so well thanks to the comfy beds and blackout curtains (a must for jet lag). The rooms are well equipped with salon-grade hairdryers, great water pressure and plenty of closet space. We even checked out the indoor pool which was lovely and a great way to cool off after a hot day of walking around. The hotel could not be more perfectly located. Walking distance to literally everything, including my daughter's favorite park, but on a quiet, non-touristy street. While Le Roch doesn't have the opulent, large hotel lobby of a Westin or Four Seasons, it's boutique-feel and chic decor are perfect for a Parisan vacation. Next time we're lucky enough to be in Paris, we will definitely stay at Le Roch.

Not sure why this hotel had such good reviews. While it does have a good location, nothing much positive else is going on for this hotel. The rooms are not spacious, I know it's Paris, but we booked a triple room and got a regular room with rollaway bed squeezed in there. The rooms are kind of on a darker side and the decor looks dated. Not sure why is this even 5 star hotel. The front desk is very unengaged with the guests. The check in is basically done online. They barely spoke to us and weren't able to help us with the taxi/uber order. It's not that they were rude or anything, they were just super unengaged, like they didn't want to interact with the guests at all. Their in room service was super limited after 10 pm. The hotel is just very cold and left zero impression on us. Will definitely not stay here again. And it's very pricy for what it is.

I just came back from a stay at Le Roch, it was my self, my 20 year old niece and my 13 year old son. We had the family suite which was two rooms that had a separate door closing from the hallway to make it very private. We could have both room doors open at the same time and made it into a big suite. This allowed us to have two beds and two bathrooms. The service is amazing, the staff is exceptional and the location is very close to the Louvre and the seine and also a very high end shopping district. We did not have a need to go shopping at the Champs-Élysées since we had the same stores 10 minutes away by foot without the lines!

This is a great little hotel in central Paris, situated perfectly for sightseeing whilst also being positioned in a calm and peaceful spot. Service from staff was excellent. Room was nice, with a fantastic bathroom and very good Wi-Fi. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. The bar and dining area has a great vibe. The small terrace is a nice touch and a perfect place to do a spot of work. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again soon.

This was the third time I've stayed here so I can now say this hotel is not only perfect, it's absolutely consistent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable. I was traveling with my 80-yeaar old mom, who has mobility issues, and they helped her through the hotel, they got us cabs and cars, and always had food recommendations that made sense for her situation. The rooms are charming, the beds are comfortable, the restaurant is small but very good. The location is amazing, near all the sights, shops, and food options. Truly the best hotel I've stayed at in Paris, and I'm going back at Christmas.

This fantastic gem of a hotel & spa is tucked away in a side street and to me it was try Parisian. From the shutters on the windows, to the sleek and contemporary style that screams of all things Paris. It was just wonderful. Room 401 was perfect, as too were all the staff (who spoke perfect English)

My lovely bride and I stayed at Le Roch Hotel during the week before Memorial Day, and we had a wonderful experience there. The hotel was completely renovated 6 years ago. The rooms are modern, and the hotel is well managed. Service is impeccable, always promp and pleasant. We began every day with their continental breakfast. The location is excellent, walking distance to the Tuileries Garden, the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, and Musee de l'Orangerie. Our first day we walked along the Seine to the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended!

Recently 7 members of our family (including 2 13 year olds and an 11 year old) spent a week at Le Roch hotel. The location could not be better. We could walk to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower Restaurant, Ile de la Cite, Champs Elysses, Tuileries, Rodin Museum, and many other wonderful sites. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool and spa. Staff were great and very helpful. We had excellent rooms, all 3 on the same floor—-the floor only had 3 rooms so that was especially nice. The rooms and hotel were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
