    First class everything
This trip was booked for our 45th wedding anniversary. After a long day of travelling we arrived with great expectations gleaned from earlier reviews. We were not disappointed - hotel is superb and the staff even better. The room was large with a great shower. The balcony was fantastic although through the heatwave it was too hot to sit on for any length of time. Having been to Paris many times this is the best hotel i have stayed in. The location is good - nice safe neighbourhood - five mins walk to the metro and 10 minutes metro ride to central Paris. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice city break in Paris.

    Simply the best!!!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Let’s start with my accreditation’s, I have worked in several high end 5 star resorts and have over 20 years experience with hospitality. Check in 100% smooth and welcomed with a lovely smile and very informative and the style of reception and entrance bar is absolutely stunning. The room (302) This room is on the side which has views over the street and a local art school( maybe??). The room you couldn’t ask for anything else. Room has fantastic air con comfy bed. Quality lining. Space to move about. Toilet separate to the luxury bathroom. The shower is out of the world. No expense spared in the room. Hotel amenities The hall ways, stairs and style of the hotel is unbelievable, quality every where you look and all kept to a high standard. Spa Having been involved in running spas I understand standards, on our last day I treated the wife to a spa and she has said one of the best she has ever had. The facilities, you can use without having a spa are fantastic. Pool, sauna, steam room again high class well maintained and an added bonus to a hotel in Paris. The staff are fantastic in the spa. Caring and knowledgeable. Breakfast The breakfast is unbelievable , we don’t ever usually have bed and breakfast but it was included in our deal. It again was great, light french styled breakfast with approx 30 to 40 different items you can have. Buffet style. Staff again very helpful and attentive. Staff in general Having read previous reviews moaning about staff/ managements attitude I can tell you within 15 minutes of being in the hotel 4 different staff ask us if we are ok? Or do we want a hand? When ever we entered a room for breakfast or reception a smile came onto the staffs face and a genuine want to help. All the staff are a credit, room staff did a fantastic job cleaning and presenting the rooms and all other staff just did their jobs to a level I haven’t seen before. Having travelled the world and stopped in some unbelievable hotels, this by far is the best. The quality and the staff stand out. I would give this a solid 9.5 out of 10. 2 very minor negatives One being proper English tea bags at breakfast ( PG OR TETLEY). Second one is location, if this was 20 minutes closer to Centre it would make it perfect. We didn’t mind it as we enjoyed the aspect of walking about, and a taxi to a more central position wouldn’t cost a lot, less than €10.

    Great place to stay
We stayed here for a 3 nights. For what I have payed it was an absolute great place to stay (bought the whole trip through wowcher, so was A LOT cheaper) Room and bathroom was of a decent size. The best feature here is obviously included in the price was sauna, turkish hammam, pool and gym. Used the saunas and pool every morning and evening as the weather wasn’t great, so was good to warm up after a days walking in the city. Breakfast was of a good selection. Unfortunately there weren’t many options for plant based (vegan or vegetarian) food. Every morning I had only pancakes and sweet pastries 😁 No vegan sausages etc. However all was delicious so can’t complain. Also I think it’s France itself who’s not into the plant based food yet, so can’t blame hotel, as we were struggling to find a place to eat to have at least few options of vegan meals. Hotel is in a great location. Metro station is about 5min slow walk, there are restaurants around. Can feel that Parisian lifestyle as very few tourists around. Overall it’s a nice, definitely posh hotel and would stay here again.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel. It is a terrific property, with very nice rooms (we had one of those with a private terrace); an indoor pool, spa, and fitness center (which we didn't use), and a pleasant bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the bar is quite pleasant too (no restaurant,m though). The only drawback is it's location. While it is reasonably central and in a pleasant neighborhood, it is not within walking distance of any museums or other attractions and it is about four blocks from the nearest Metro station. That is its only real drawback and one that the hotel obviously can't remedy. I recommend this hotel, but take note of its location.

All in all, disappointing. There are way better hotels in this price range. The good: - Good location - Exterior of the building beautiful - The lady showing us around the rooms was very friendly and helpful - The hotel offered us 4.000 points (80 euro) for compensation of all the below, which was a kind gesture, but for me does not weigh up to the issues below, compared to the hefty rate per night The bad: - The pool and spa suddenly closed on sunday, without us being noticed. Even at check-in, we asked the lady if the pool was available whenever we’d want which was confirmed. The pool was one of the reasons of this hotel so without it we’d have booked the other MGallery. The communication was non-existent so we just did not have spa and pool for 2 days. - We had a late check-out through Accor elite status. At the day of check-out, the maid started knocking franticly at our door. When opening the door she started shouting and agressively pointing at her watch, trying to tell us to leave the room. When explaining she was shouting ‘NO ENGLISH’ at me, after a verbal fight the left (I guess she eventually understood?) this was a very unpleasant and unsafe situation. - Booked a reservation including breakfast. At check-in, the lady multiple times refused to believe me, telling me I didn’t book breakfast. Until I eventually showed her my confirmation which clearly stated breakfast was included. Throughout the stay, 3 out of 4 times at breakfast was given a bill for the breakfast to sign. While indicating all previous times that breakfast was included. - Asked politely about an upgrade for the room because of Accor Elite status. The upgrade at check-in was refused telling me there were no more rooms available, I should come back the next day to ask. Odd, since I was able to book a higher room and also an upgrade of the existing room through the Accor app…. Unfortunately my suspicion got confirmed the early next morning when the very friendly lady showed us around multiple available rooms that were empty and clean, even indicating us that the room we were appointed wasn’t the best room in its category. That reeks of lying and is not acceptable for me. - Both of the rooms, the original as well as the upgrade, the bathrooms stank of sewage. The hotel is clearly known with this problem since there was a lot of perfume in the room. - The gesture of the welcome chocolates was nice but clearly not personal and thought out because it was addressed to ‘madame

Terrible hotel. It doesn't pull at 5 stars at all. Things are stolen straight from the rooms. Full story: In the morning, leaving the room, I left the Dior saddle bag with a belt on a chair in the room. Returning after a walk around the city, I found that the bag was missing and the suitcase was turned over, where I found an element of bed linen. I looked for the bag in all the lockers, in the bathroom, under the beds (where I found a lot of dirt and wrappers from sweets that we didn't eat), but I didn't find the bag. The same evening I called the reception. Not only I was looking for a bag in the room, but also two other people. In the morning at the reception I was told to write a statement to the police. I went there and wrote everything. I lost a lot of nerves and time. The hotel told me that if they didn't find the bag, they would reimburse the money for it. And after I left, they say they won't be responsible for the theft. The camera, which is installed in front of the room, was not given to me to look at, but the director said that 3 people entered the room: a maid, a person with a mini-bar and an inspector. So I can't leave anything in the room? Should I carry a suitcase with me? Or let them then put safes in rooms with the size of a closet? Because in the one that was in the room, the bag did not fit. I would understand if the earrings were stolen, it would be my fault, since I didn't put them in the safe, but should I put the bag in the safe? It turns out that they initially gave me hope and said that they would find or reimburse, and as a result, as soon as I left, they did not want to be responsible for the theft. How a five-star hotel can steal things from rooms?

Dear Elen, As said in many of our exchanges, and after investigations and viewing of our security cameras, we are not able to confirm that your bag was stolen. Unfortunately, without any video footage or any solid evidence, there is no possibility to accuse anyone. We fully share your disappointment and frustration. We understand that this is a complicated situation. You pressed charges at the police station, we can only suggest you to let the police investigate and wait for their feedback. As always, we stay at your disposal. Regards,

I have often struggled to find good quality hotels in Paris without paying silly money. But this one worked out well. Nicely designed room with comfy bed and a nice shower. Friendly staff too. The bar lacks atmosphere and you’d be better visiting one of the local hostelries outside in the local area. Would very probably stay here again

Beautiful room, lovely pool, hammam and sauna. Hotel is in a lovely quiet part of Paris with lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. A little distance to the main sights but readily accessible if you are prepared to travel a little bit. The only thing I would fault is lack of recognition of Accor Gold membership - not even welcome drinks.

We really enjoyed our overall experience at this beautiful property with wonderful amenities and ambience of luxury. Great location with so many good diverse culinary options within 5 min walking distance. The metro station is so close. Unfortunately, we experienced a terrible incident at the pool. My wife and I were excited about relaxing in the pool and sauna in one evening. Walked into the pool and immediately noticed a few pieces of what appeared to be human excrement or poop on the bottom. We were shocked and disgusted to say the least. Got out, showered, and notified the staff. The manager on duty along with a maintenance employee showed up right away. The poor employees seemed bewildered and unsure about the next course of action to be taken. The only tool available seemed to be a floor squeegee they brought with them which was obviously inadequate for the task. We are not blaming the incident itself on the staff. One of the hotel guests (perhaps with young child/ren) must have been behind what was hopefully an unfortunate accident. What was disappointing was that they chose not to inform the staff for the sake of health and well being of others.

From the moment we arrived the team was on hand to make us feel special. The hotel is lovely, comfortable and well located. Breakfast was good. We also used the pool and spa. Such a treat to have that in a Paris hotel. The deco staircase is gorgeous. Not being in the centre of town meant that restaurants nearby were more varied, higher quality and less expensive than more touristy areas. A lovely break away.

We are a multigenerational family and visited Paris over Easter 2023. The hotel was lovely. Friendly and efficient Reception and Bar staff. Good facilities. The rooms were comfortable had a touch of class with very nice bath/shower rooms. I would definitely stay here again.
