Brilliant stay at Goralska residences - we loved everything about it. It is an absolute jewel of a place, we felt completely at home in the beautifully designed suite with marvelous view of a canal - a rarity in Paris! All the furnishings are tasteful, with high-end lamps and details, the kitchen well equipped with attention to detail (quality knives, scissors, plenty of utensils..). The bathroom is spacious and beautiful. The space feels light and airy, with plenty of windows, all with lovely curtains or window dressing... The staff is incredibly polite and friendly, with useful tips... In other words - this is a true find in Paris!
The hotel is located slightly off the touristy part of Paris and therefore less crowd and less noise. It is still very much accessible to major attractions and within walking distance to the busy part of town. We booked a suite on the top floor. The room decor is very attractive with bright natural light coming into the suite through big windows. It comes with a kitchenette and cooking utensils and all the usual hotel amenities. A small drawback is that plates and dishes take up most of the cabinet space and hence there are no drawers to put clothing, and the closet is small. Not an issue for us though. Special shoutout to the front desk staff; their service and recommendations were exceptional. Everyone was friendly and supremely helpful.
We spent our 20th wedding anniversary in Paris, and stayed at Goralska Résidences for the week. The support from the front desk team was mind-bogglingly wonderful, even in the months leading up to the stay. Amélie, Pénélope, and Amin (sp?) should win awards for their customer service. Amélie and I communicated a few times via phone and email during the time they were closed for 16 months due to COVID, when no one was sure if we'd be able to do the trip from the United States. I was so touched by her kindness and communicative nature, and it made me even happier we'd chosen this hotel. And when I was trying to organize our itinerary beforehand, they were extremely helpful. We were trying to figure out a couples' massage as a post-flight way of easing into our week, and they arranged in-room massages that were AMAZING. (If you want massages, I highly recommend their contacts!). But even beyond their customer service: The rooms are huge for Paris, with a kitchen and separate living room and bedroom. It was also the most beautiful bathroom I've seen -- shimmery "oil spill" blue tile covered every surface. THANK YOU, Goralska, for making our anniversary trip so lovely and relaxing. We appreciated all your warmth and extra efforts. We'll see you next time! :)…
My husband and I traveled to France in October 2021, staying a total of 7 nights in Paris. Everything about the Goralska far exceeded our expectations. The room was wonderful and spacious, the location was excellent and the staff was simply amazing. Both Amelie and Penelope went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. We felt like family by the end of our stay. We have both Amelie and Penelope to thank for their assistance, welcoming presence, friendliness and professional demeanor. The view from our room was beautiful and the location was exactly as we had hoped - convenient to everything we wanted to do, yet it had a very neighborhood-like feel and not too touristy. When we return to Paris we will definitely stay here again.
I cannot recommend this aparthotel more highly. We travelled in September 2021 with our one year old daughter after waiting for France to be removed from the UK Red List. The hotel itself had only reopened 2 days before our visit, and with only 12 rooms, the service provided by the staff was superb, and very welcoming. The room itself was well decorated, very clean and had some nice touches including coffee table books, bathrobes, slippers and nice toiletries - plus a high chair, which is almost unheard of anywhere else. Our Exclusive room came with a separate bedroom, sofa, chair, work desk and lovely views of the Port de L'Arsenal. Our daughter particularly enjoyed petting the in-room sheep (if you see it on the photos, you'll know what I mean). Perfectly located for most of the major sites, a trip to Disneyland from nearby Metro stations, and only 15-20 to the Gare Du Nord, we enjoyed our first stay in the Bastille district. There's a supermarket about 5 minutes away and lots of lovely restaurants to choose from in Le Marais not far away. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for looking after our family during our 5 day stay. We hope to return soon.…
