We absolutely loved our stay at Residence Charles Floquet! We had an amazing view of the Eiffel tower and an incredible amount of space in the apartment. We were there with our two children (6 and 3) and MIL/her husband and we all agree that this is our go-to hotel/apt in Paris for future visits. It was so convenient to have space for the kids to play, along with a kitchen and dining table. We have no complaints - the concierge team was lovely and always available to help with any questions and helped us to book our transportation.

I just got done staying at Residence Charles Floquet with a group of friends for a girls trip! Xavier was working the front desk and made our stay so wonderful! From letting us check our bags in early to helping us arrange transportation to and from, he helped make our stay so seamless and easy! Paris is the most beautiful city and this was the perfect location to enjoy the city, with a view of the Eiffel Tower right out your window! We will definitely be back!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and just a quick walk to the Eiffel tower. Xavier at the front desk was exceptional and so helpful/friendly. We were able to store our luggage before and after our check out which made exploring the city a breeze. Definitely would come back to this beautiful hotel. Worth the price!

We had the BEST stay at Residence Charles Floquet! It was an amazing location, directly next to the Eiffel Tower with amazing views from the rooms. In particular, we were blown away by the service provided by Xavier, the receptionist. We had several questions before and during the stay, which he answered quickly and competently. Residence Charles Floquet was an excellent option for our family of 5, with 3 teenagers. We rented a 3 bedroom Classic room and it fit our needs perfectly. We had an apartment on the first floor, but still had views of the Eiffel Tower from the living room couch. The apartment included a washer and dryer and small kitchen with induction cooktop. Our particular apartment also had 3.5 bathrooms, with a full bath attached to each room. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean, and we did not experience a lot of noise from nearby apartments or from street traffic. It was a 3 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 10 min walk to the Metro/RER stations. There is a small Franprix mini-mart and a fantastic Boulangerie (Bakery) about 2 blocks away. We arrived in Paris via Eurostar (Gare du Nord) from London and opted for an Uber Van (XL) to the apartment and the cost was approx $60. The check in was simple and the office manager spoke very good English and was easy to work with. They do charge a cleaning fee upon arrival of approx $150 (we knew this ahead of time so it was not a surprise). There is a PIN protected inner and exterior door for additional safety. We did order food via Uber Eats and had to go out to the street to collect our order, but the building and location were very safe. A few things to note about this property, first, you cannot check in after 6 pm. This is not a hotel and I suspect there are permanent residents and the office did close each day. Second, because these are apartments and you are required to sign an agreement that the owner can access the apartment at their leisure. This didnt happen (as far as we know) during our stay, but it might be something to consider before booking. There is an elevator, but it is very small, you could likely only fit one adult and one large bag in it. The one and only negative I would point out is there was no air conditioning in our unit. The weather during our visit (early May) did not neccessitate it, but if you are traveling in the middle of summer, it would definitely be something to consider. The staff was very friendly. We got lucky and our room was ready early at 2pm. And we got upgraded to a superior room! The room, in general, was exactly what I was hoping for. As a family of 5, we had plenty of space. And with the kitchen and a real hair dryer, we felt like citizens of Paris. Being so close to the Eiffel Tower was amazing! We found it very easy to travel to other parts of the city, too.

This place is just a dream! The building has a check in desk and a small elevator to help with luggage. The view! Oh the view- it is quite magical! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 6. The beds are comfortable and we appreciated the extra pillows. The unit had enough hot water to support 6 people and laundry in one day which was great. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with anything you need. There are two full bathrooms with toilets and a separate half bath with a toilet by the kitchen in the hallway. The living room and dining room was spacious as well. Many close restaurants and groceries within a 5-10 in walk. Will definitely stay again!
