We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Juliana in Paris. It’s a boutique hotel in a great location, on a quiet street but close to all the sites. When we arrived we were greeted by the hotel manager Mohammad. He was professional and spoke good English. We felt very welcomed as Mohammad and the other staff member were both very upbeat and friendly. Lots of smiles! We arrived early before our room was ready so he made us a delicious coffee, checked us in and stored our bags so we could walk around until the room was ready. Check in is 3pm. I wanted to find a nice place to eat or grocery store and Mohammad took the time to orient me on a map and even walked with me to the corner of the street to give me directions. What a nice guy! All of the staff were top tier! Our room was clean and large and the whole hotel is very well maintained. Upon leaving to go back home I thought I lost my headphones. I called the hotel from the airport and Mohammad was quick to help. Fortunately I found my earbuds deep in my bag later on. Lol. Overall our experience at the Juliana was lovely and I would recommend.

My husband and I stayed here early June, after flights were cancelled last minute we called ahead to check we could park (at 3am, in a panic), the staff were super helpful and friendly on the phone, promising us a parking space.
We arrived after a 9 hour drive and were met by the loveliest concierge, they were so welcoming and accommodating. We had our car sorted as promised, cold champagne handed over and then shown to our room. The room was spacious, clean and modern with a massive comfy bed. Gorgeous bathroom with robes, towels etc.
Every day we chatted to the concierge, they gave us recommendations for places to eat/walk/buy local snacks and flowers. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning but the staff really did make our stay extra special. We'd like to personally thank Rui who went above and beyond for us!
Thank you everyone, hope we can visit again

We spent 8 nights at Juliana Hotel from July 23-31, 2023 and our second trip to Paris, but our first time at Juliana. The room was beautiful, bed was big and comfy, and the bathroom was awesome with a huge double sink and a great shower with tons of water pressure. Everything was as clean as possible and excellent housekeeping. The breakfast was amazing!

Adel our concierge was the best, he booked many times taxis for us and museum tickets. All of the staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly, helpful, and eager to help with anything we needed. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so amazing.

This 5 star hotel is in a great location, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Esplanade des Invalides, great restaurants, and high end stores for shopping.

First of all we arrived to only be greeted by someone who didn’t seem to have much clue about the check in process. This was done on a laptop that looks like a personal laptop not something you would accept in a “5* hotel”. We then got taken to our room carrying our own luggage. The room was so small you can barely walk round the bed. Numerous things broken in the room - shower, sink, USB ports. The tv constantly turned on through the night waking us up several times to which I had to unplug it! Condensation and mould on the windows and windowsill - worse in the bedroom than the bathroom.

We visited for NYE 2019/2020. We missed the display for New Year’s Eve as we requested a iron and an ironing board to be delivered to our room which I had to ring up for on a second occasion to then it got delivered - minus the ironing board. The street that the hotel is situated on is so rough! The houses are boarded up. There is gangs of men at the end of the street with balaclava‘s on. This hotel is not 5*. I am a very frequent traveller and this is not a 5* experience. Nothing was 5* about this hotel. Needs some serious maintenance and the staff need to get rid of their rude/arrogant mannerism with guests. We paid nearly £400 for the room for 1 night. If I compare this to any other city hotel I have been to it’s the most expensive I have chosen and the worst! I am currently in process trying to get a full refund!!!

DO NOT GO!!!!!!
I have been Paris before and this is not a typical Paris experience.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and we left a jacket on the couch in the room by mistake. I rang the hotel the next morning to ask them to kindly ship it for us and they said the jacket wasn’t left behind. I know the jacket was left in the room because I purposely left it out the case on the couch and said we will carry it in the car so it isn’t creased in the suitcase as it was expensive, so I asked to ask all staff because we didn’t take it to the car I know it was left on the couch in the room. They rang me back and said no it wasn’t their! It was definitely their

It was a nice facility with a beautiful aesthetic, but the service was not as advertised. We were told there was a rooftop bar, working tvs, electricity, and air conditioning, none of which we received. The workers in the cafe and the front desk were not accomidating to our requests, all we were told was “the only thing I can do is offer you a glass of champagne.” It was not miserable, the beds were comfortable and it was in a convenient location, but the price was way too high for the amount of services we were not granted that were promised to us. After 3 days of complaining about the air conditioning we were told the entire 3rd floor was out air, which would’ve been nice to know earlier so we could’ve requested a new room.

Dear Mrs. Callas, We would like to thank you for your honest and valuable feedback as we continuously endeavour to improve our services for which feedback like yours is indispensable. While we do our utmost to maintain a good temperature in our rooms even during heath strokes in order to minimize the impact to our guests’ experience, we sometimes bump into technical problems and we have to rely on outsourced technical assistance, who don’t always respect to the agreed responding time. Therefor we tried to find an on-the-spot solution and were able to give you an air cooler to cool down your room. We understand that this is not the best solution and rest assured we have taken action to replace our air conditioning systems and try to prevent for any malfunctioning during heath strokes. Upon check-out we tried to find a solution that would work for both parties and we agreed and were both satisfied with the solution offered. Dear Mrs. Callas we understand and regret that you feel that we did not live up to your expectations on this occasion. We truly hope that you will give us the opportunity to change your feelings about our hotel and its team in the future by providing an impeccable experience, which is our sole aim here at the Juliana Hotel Paris. Kind regards, Team Juliana

I emailed the hotel twice prior to our arrival to request an earlier check in (which I mentioned we were happy to pay for) my emails were unanswered. I submitted a chat request which was finally answered at 11:30am on our day of arrival…

Our arrival was actually delayed by several hours due to transport issues but when we arrived the check-in process was very slow. We were asked to pre-authorise the full stay plus some extra on our credit cards, quite happy to do that but the process took ages and resulted in one of our cards being charged twice.

The junior suites we had booked were very spacious and comfortable. 5 stars for that.

When we tried to buy drinks at the bar, the whole process seemed like such an effort for the member of staff on duty.

Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice.

Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel, it falls far short; we encountered serious issues during our stay. The service felt more akin to a youth hostel than a 5-star establishment; overnight, only the receptionist is present with no room service or maintenance available. The Spa wasn't operational, and it was located in the basement with no proper facilities. Breakfast was served in a closed, windowless area downstairs. I wouldn't recommend it; if you're seeking a truly 5-star hotel, look elsewhere.

This was my first time in Paris and I was traveling with my 11 and 13 year old daughters. We absolutely loved the location of the hotel and the family suite was a perfect option with lots of space. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop is very special plus so many of the sights and restaurants are short walks away. It's also very close to the River Seine and all the boat companies that take you down the river. Highly recommend for families.

Dear Guest, Many thanks for your great feedback following your recent stay with us. I was really delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay with your daughters at the Juliana Paris and most of all I was thrilled to learn that your experience with us was exactly your need in terms of family accomodation. We do propose indeed the Juliana Suite which is beautiful and spacious , as well as some adjoining rooms. We are very happy to propose our best kept secret, the rooftop, with beautiful sights specifically at night on the top of the Eiffel Tower. The location is also ideal, a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower but also from the Seine River, Saint Germain des Prés, and the Champs Elysées area the opposite side across the bridge "Pont de l'Alma" but within the same walking distance. We thank you very much for your recommandation, and we look forward to seeing you back again soon. We fully remain at your disposal. Best wishes, Guillaume Marchand General Manager

The staff at this boutique hotel made our stay in Paris magical. Emanuelle told us we were the king and queen, and he made sure the service matched his promise. Many thanks to him and Adele for looking after us. From concierge services to travel advice and welcoming whiskeys, we were treated like superstars. The location of the hotel is ideal, and e-scooter rentals are within walking distance. (Perfect for zipping along the Seine River). This will be our automatic stop when visiting Paris again.
