Location location around the corner from Opera and close to several metro stations also with a great view onto a car free street. The size of the room was huge for Paris and meant we still felt we had space from our teen at the other end of the room. The bathroom was fantastic and the mirror was perfect for make up. The seperate toilet was a bonus. The breakfast was alacarte and whilst the buffet lacked a little never left us feeling we needed more. The rooms were fantastic. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Firstly the location of this Hotel is fantastic. Within walking distance from the airport shuttle and close to restaurants and shopping. A long but achievable walk to the Champs-Élyseés. Breakfast is along the lines of what you will usually get in Paris, do not expect a full breakfast buffet. Staff was attentive and the room was very quiet on the top floor. Would return to this Hotel again when we travel to Paris.
We arrived in mid August and from the moment we checked in to the hotel, we were greeted by the friendly front desk receptionist who welcomed us with open arms. The hotel is indeed very stylish and very spacious. Hotel is situated in a perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. I would highly recommend it. Special thanks to the front desk Naid, Yaw, Fernundu and Claire for making our stayed so comfortable and welcome. We look forward to come back soon.
Good experience on this hotel. Small lobby with average staff in reception. We booked queen room with sofa bed and that was clean, spacious and with good view. Small restaurant for breakfast and not a buffet in which it is for me a negative point. You must order everything but it is available like salmon fish and mixed omelets and etc.
Bottom line: Fantastic in every way. Everything you could want in a Parisian hotel - spacious, clean, lovely amenities, friendly staff, and ideal location. Of all the hotels we stayed at (five hotels across three countries) during our recent European vacation, this was the best. The attention to detail was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, air conditioned, and had all kinds of lovely little details: warm (warm!!) towels, terry clothe robes and slippers, washcloths (the last time we saw a proper washcloth provided on our trip - something American guests greatly appreciate), a magnificent overhead waterfall shower with handheld combo. The staff was friendly and has a great system for holding your luggage when you get in early. They ultimately let us check-in nearly an hour early and this was greatly appreciated because we were beginning to show our jet lag. The prime location was the icing on the cake. It's in the heart of Paris but still quiet because it's on a pedestrian side street. The Louvre and other major attractions are an easy 1 kilometer walk away, the neighborhood felt safe and was bustling, with multiple cafes and eateries of all kinds, but also quick eats like Pret a Manger (decent for a cheap breakfast or lunch) and many American fast food chains (McDonald's with Burger King literally next door, Chipotle, KFC, etc.) and a Carrefour grocery store is one street over with all the essentials you might need upon arrival. The hotel is also accessible by public transit, and if we can do it with suitcases and a baby in a stroller, you surely can too. Speaking of which, we brought our indispensable Guava Lotus travel crib with us, but the staff was super welcoming and the room had plenty of space to make baby comfortable. We had a pretty easy time getting from Charles de Gaulle airport to the hotel by taking the RER B from CDG to Chatelet and then switching to a Metro line and walking a couple of blocks. We used Metro our entire trip, and the only challenge was that the system is not always accessible and we had a time once or twice finding a lift for our stroller and occasionally just had to clamber up stairs, but fortunately never with our luggage. The station by the hotel is accessible on one side. I can't sing the praises of the CityMapper app enough if you want to travel like a local and stop being an easy mark for airport cab scams and all other sorts of nonsense. Just do your research and you'll be golden.…
Stayed in two rooms for four nights at the end of August (4 guests). One room upon check in refrigerator not cool, ac not cooling and safe needed to be reset by maintenance. All but the refrigerator were repaired. The other room keys continued to not work. These are all minor inconveniences understandably but at what price point 🤔? The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern , clean, small of course. The breakfast Buffett is from 6:30-10:30 daily. The gym is by reservation time only. The bar next to the lobby is very small and limited at night anyways . There are nearby restaurants/bars next to the hotel . The location is what you are paying for here.
The hotel is located in a beautiful and centrally located area in Paris. A lot of beautiful shops and it’s right near the beautiful Palais Garnier! My partner and I checked in late at night and were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from the person working at the front desk. I immediately felt welcome. The room was AMAZING! Very spacious king room with an amazing view. The room had amazing natural light and had a lot of space to walk around in. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job maintaining the room. The daily service was always done professionally and meticulously. I visit Paris frequently and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!
Hotel Indigo Opera is stylish, convenient, and has huge rooms for Paris. It’s newer and well kept with excellent, helpful staff. Fragonard bath products a nice touch. The beds were super comfortable and the location in a pedestrian area was quiet yet lively. We loved everything about our visit.
The location of the hotel is very nice , very close to the shopping center and to many restaurants.you can easily walk , no need for taxis at all. The room was very nice clean and beautiful.breakfast was nice , could be more rich in varieties . Very helpful staff Highly recommended 👌👍
It was our 1st time in Paris and we travelled with friends. The location of the hotel is stunning! Not only the hotel is beautiful, but the fact that is very central and near several attractions makes it unique!. Also the fact that it's in a quiet street and in a very trendy neighbourhood, made the experience really amazing. Another important factor that we really need to highlight was the warm welcoming of the front office team, and of Inês. They were able to share with us very relevant information of places and restaurants that we could'nt miss. they were spot on! This was for sure an experience that we will remember forever and for sure we'll be coming back again to this beautiful hotel.
