Indigo Paris hotel is WORTH IT! From the time we arrived at 7:30 am to the time we left, we felt welcomed and take care of! This is the second visit to this Paris hotel and again we chose the suite-room 501. For this weekend trip, my 12-year old niece and I received reservations for excursions. The consierge Naid is truly a gem!!!! He ensured that we had tours to le château de Versailles, Louvres and la tour Eiffel. The skip the line (with a pre-teen) was a Godsend as it was "vacances scolaire" and quite busy. He also suggested an Eiffel Tower visit at 6:30 p.m. which I wouldn't have considered but it was absolutely magical to walk at dusk and see the tower in glittering lights. From arranging transportation to surprising my niece with 5 "cute little Nutella jars" in our room (she thought they were extra special at the hotel restaurant) shows their attention to every detail for their guests (Merci Béatrice). If you have children or teens this is the PERFECT hotel within walking distance or a short ride to everything! It's super clean and the service you receive is world class!!! Merci bien! We will be back soon!

Bottom line: Fantastic in every way. Everything you could want in a Parisian hotel - spacious, clean, lovely amenities, friendly staff, and ideal location.

Of all the hotels we stayed at (five hotels across three countries) during our recent European vacation, this was the best. The attention to detail was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, air conditioned, and had all kinds of lovely little details: warm (warm!!) towels, terry clothe robes and slippers, washcloths (the last time we saw a proper washcloth provided on our trip - something American guests greatly appreciate), a magnificent overhead waterfall shower with handheld combo. The staff was friendly and has a great system for holding your luggage when you get in early. They ultimately let us check-in nearly an hour early and this was greatly appreciated because we were beginning to show our jet lag.

The prime location was the icing on the cake. It's in the heart of Paris but still quiet because it's on a pedestrian side street. The Louvre and other major attractions are an easy 1 kilometer walk away, the neighborhood felt safe and was bustling, with multiple cafes and eateries of all kinds, but also quick eats like Pret a Manger (decent for a cheap breakfast or lunch) and many American fast food chains (McDonald's with Burger King literally next door, Chipotle, KFC, etc.) and a Carrefour grocery store is one street over with all the essentials you might need upon arrival. The hotel is also accessible by public transit, and if we can do it with suitcases and a baby in a stroller, you surely can too. Speaking of which, we brought our indispensable Guava Lotus travel crib with us, but the staff was super welcoming and the room had plenty of space to make baby comfortable.

We had a pretty easy time getting from Charles de Gaulle airport to the hotel by taking the RER B from CDG to Chatelet and then switching to a Metro line and walking a couple of blocks. We used Metro our entire trip, and the only challenge was that the system is not always accessible and we had a time once or twice finding a lift for our stroller and occasionally just had to clamber up stairs, but fortunately never with our luggage. The station by the hotel is accessible on one side.

I can't sing the praises of the CityMapper app enough if you want to travel like a local and stop being an easy mark for airport cab scams and all other sorts of nonsense. Just do your research and you'll be golden.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for 3 days at the end of February 2020.

The Pros: Amazing staff! From the moment we checked in, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even delivered macrons to our room after check in. The location is amazing! We came to Paris in part to see a show at the Olympia theater. It was literally steps from the hotel. Also close by was the Opera house, several high end shops and restaurants. Montmartre and Sacre Coeur were also easily within walking distance. Our room was large and comfortable, and it was a bonus that they had an adequate fitness room. Our bed was also very comfortable, and despite facing the pedestrian street, very quiet.

The Cons: Not much. Our bathroom could have used some attention. The grout and caulking needed to be replaced. But it was a minor irritation. The restaurant is not great - we ordered a charcuterie plate that was barely edible.

Overall, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Is there a perfect hotel? - Yes, hotel Indigo is perfect. The location is absolutely great as you habe many metro, RER and bus stations in walking distance and Louvre is just a 10 mins walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We got a big duplex suite which is on the top floor. The first floor contains a spacious living room and separate toilet. A steep stair goes up to the bedroom with a separate shower and separate toilet. The restaurant is closed due to Covid but they serve a nice
breakfast with a small buffet and
a menue you can choose from.

Our family recently enjoyed a week at the Hotel Indigo Paris. Our room for three was spacious with a comfortable queen bed and an additional couch bed. Daily room cleaning with fresh towels and linens, a generous and well appointed breakfast buffet (either purchased with the room reservation or charged daily- options), a quiet yet convenient location, and friendly, helpful staff made our stay most pleasant. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator, air conditioning, WiFi, and windows which opened onto the courtyard. We were never disturbed by street noise or the sounds of other guests or staff. The hotel, which felt quite safe, is located on a pedestrian only street and is a block away from a major Metro/RER station. Walking to the Louvre, Place de La Concorde, and many other favorites is simple and takes 15-20 minutes. We will book this hotel on any future trips to Paris and would recommend it for our friends and family.

We loved this boutique hotel in Paris. The hotel was beautiful and was in a great location. It was close to the Auber metro station, which was very convenient. Palais Garnier, Chanel Rue Cambon, and Galeries Lafayette were within walking distance. The hotel is in a nicer part of town and we felt safe here.

We stayed in room 502. Our room was unexpectedly spacious and our balcony was so charming. The bathroom was huge and the heated towel rack was nice. The hotel supplied Fragonard shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Our room had a fridge and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was very clean, and the closet was very nice!

The restaurant prices seemed expensive, so we never ate there.

Our flight out was late and the front desk staff was kind enough to keep our luggage for us so we could sight-see until it was time to leave. We used our IHG points and were very happy that our stay was free! I would definitely stay here again.

A larger room than I've ever had in a Paris hotel on previous visits, the hotels very convenient for walking around the city. A short walk to the nearest metro and 5 minutes from the bustling Opera shops and bars.

The room was on the first floor (209) and we had large windows with Juliette balcony over the cobbled street below. A little noisy late at night a couple of times from restaurants below and the cobbles but not enough to really disturb us. Our friends were in 403 and said they heard nothing.

The room had a separate loo but no sink and the bathroom was located at the other end of the room which is annoying, our friends had a loo in their bathroom so if I went again I'd ask for that.

We only ate breakfast at the hotel and whilst not a massive selection the staff were really friendly - the only thing I'd ask for is a greater selection of non-dairy milk (but they do have soya which seems more than most bars and restaurants we went to).

The reception were helpful in booking restaurants and did so for us a couple of times. I'd stay here again.

For less mobile customers the street is short but cobbles and pedestrianised so taxis have to stop and drop you at one end.

Dear 597fionam, Thank you for sharing your detailed and positive feedback from your stay at our hotel! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed various aspects of your visit. It's great that you found our room spacious and larger than typical Paris hotel rooms. The convenience of our location for exploring the city on foot and accessing nearby attractions and the metro is certainly a plus. We're glad you were able to enjoy the charm of the Juliette balcony and the street view, even though some minor noise was present. Your observations about the room layout and amenities are valuable, and we appreciate your feedback about the separate loo and bathroom arrangement. We'll take note of your preference for a loo with a sink and work towards offering an even more comfortable experience. We're pleased to know that you found our staff friendly and helpful, and we'll consider your suggestion for a greater variety of non-dairy milk options for breakfast. If your future plans include a return to Paris, we would be delighted to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay. Thank you for choosing our hotel and for sharing your positive experience with us! Best regards, Emeline G

Hotel Indigo Opera is stylish, convenient, and has huge rooms for Paris. It’s newer and well kept with excellent, helpful staff. Fragonard bath products a nice touch. The beds were super comfortable and the location in a pedestrian area was quiet yet lively. We loved everything about our visit.

Highly recommend this hotel! My wife and I arrived a few hours before check-in and we were pleasantly greeted by the staff who offered to start the process anyway and offered to hold our luggage so we could explore the area. They even called us when our room was ready! We expected the room to be smaller so it was a nice surprise when we walked in. Plenty of room. The windows opened to a small balcony that overlooked the quiet street below which is pedestrian only. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very nice, especially the rain shower! This hotel has an excellent location, it’s a very short walk to the beautiful Palais Garnier Opera in one direction, and Place Vendome in the other. It’s also an easy walk to the Louvre Museum from the hotel. The Opera Metro station is only a block and a half away which we used several times to easily access other parts of the city.

I will mention that although the breakfast had fresh, quality items there wasn’t anything there of any substance. Just a few pastries, bread, and fruit. What they did offer was good and they will make you a coffee which was nice. The dining area is pretty small but it is a nice option if you want something quick and light.

Overall we loved our stay here. It was our first time in Paris and we feel lucky to have chosen a hotel that impressed us as much as this one did. No research necessary when we come back, we will be happy to stay here again. Thank you!

Stayed in two rooms for four nights at the end of August (4 guests). One room upon check in refrigerator not cool, ac not cooling and safe needed to be reset by maintenance. All but the refrigerator were repaired. The other room keys continued to not work. These are all minor inconveniences understandably but at what price point 🤔? The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern , clean, small of course. The breakfast Buffett is from 6:30-10:30 daily. The gym is by reservation time only. The bar next to the lobby is very small and limited at night anyways . There are nearby restaurants/bars next to the hotel . The location is what you are paying for here.
