Hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes from the Opera metro station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a corner room which was very spacious and the decor was modern and quite cool. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The hotel is an ideal base for exploring Paris, whether on foot or using the metro. Overall a great hotel which I would recommend for a stay in Paris.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for 3 days at the end of February 2020. The Pros: Amazing staff! From the moment we checked in, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even delivered macrons to our room after check in. The location is amazing! We came to Paris in part to see a show at the Olympia theater. It was literally steps from the hotel. Also close by was the Opera house, several high end shops and restaurants. Montmartre and Sacre Coeur were also easily within walking distance. Our room was large and comfortable, and it was a bonus that they had an adequate fitness room. Our bed was also very comfortable, and despite facing the pedestrian street, very quiet. The Cons: Not much. Our bathroom could have used some attention. The grout and caulking needed to be replaced. But it was a minor irritation. The restaurant is not great - we ordered a charcuterie plate that was barely edible. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We visited last week and towards end of our stay was when Coronavirus restrictions went in place. Staff extremely accommodating and understanding of our situation. Rooms very clean. Great bedding and mattress. Always someone helpful at front desk even at 2am to help when we had to make abrupt changes to our stay. We hope to return to Paris in future. Hotel índigo will be our return place.

Lovely hotel hidden away in the heart of Paris, near Opera. Great location to get around Paris to the Eiffel Tower and to Disneyland Paris. The room decor was great as it is Parisian themed with modern facilities. Breakfast was in a nice cafe setting overlooking the French streets, plenty of selection to choose from.

We loved this boutique hotel in Paris. The hotel was beautiful and was in a great location. It was close to the Auber metro station, which was very convenient. Palais Garnier, Chanel Rue Cambon, and Galeries Lafayette were within walking distance. The hotel is in a nicer part of town and we felt safe here. We stayed in room 502. Our room was unexpectedly spacious and our balcony was so charming. The bathroom was huge and the heated towel rack was nice. The hotel supplied Fragonard shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. Our room had a fridge and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was very clean, and the closet was very nice! The restaurant prices seemed expensive, so we never ate there. Our flight out was late and the front desk staff was kind enough to keep our luggage for us so we could sight-see until it was time to leave. We used our IHG points and were very happy that our stay was free! I would definitely stay here again.
