Fabulous hotel that’s been updated with a modern flair while still maintaining the stunning Parisian palace that it domiciles. The rooms have been incredibly soundproofed and designed with a comfortable elegance that is perfect for relaxing after a long day of perusing the streets. Additionally, the service is kind, helpful, and a delight.
The only dings (and they’re small ones), are the firmness of the mattress, the tiny size of the gym, and, the Cantonese restaurant whose food is TERRIBLE. Also, if this is your first trip to Paris, it’s not in the most central location but the metro is so easy to navigate it shouldn’t matter.

We stayed just for one night this time and it was divine!!!
Our wedding anniversary trip started from north of France and before departure to our country we choose to be in Paris one night , in actual date, so we celebrate our anniversary as romantic as possible!
Was best choice ever! Property is absolutely fantastic, I love everything, from the very stylish common areas, beautiful lobby with impressive artwork exposition. Room was airy, spacious, luxurious and not last very updated technology appliances..
We had dinner at the romantic restaurant L'OISEAU BLANC and menu was exquisite, a culinary journey it’s self with the most breathtaking view that City of Lights could offer at best with a exemplary service preceded by some awesome cocktails at vibrant Kléber Bar! Evening was totally perfect!
Well, we had brunch next day what completed our experience in the most fabulous way possible, most spectacular and tasteful eggs accompanied with champagne and live band music who did the great atmosphere make our stay DIVINE!
This Hotel is the meaning of what hotels should be like!

We spent 8 wonderful nights at the five star+ Peninsula Paris. The is our fourth Peninsula hotel around the world and we were expecting greatness here in Paris. Peninsula Paris delivered.
Here is what we liked:
1. The building is a lovely old school Paris mansion beautifully redone with a complete update to all the modern features. The entry is cavernous and filled with marble. Impressive.
2. The hotel checked us in at 11:30am - no waiting. This after a 10 hour flight. Thanks again Peninsula.
3. Our junior suite was perfect for two persons. Lots of room with a large bath and huge closet. My wife loved the room’s soaking tub. Room 509 was quiet, night and day. The windows overlooking Boulevard Kleber were triple paned with wood shutters.
4. The breakfasts were sensational at LeLobby. Not cheap, but of the very highest quality. Obviously, the French pastries were in the best ever category. The egg dishes were huge and featured many ingredient options.
5. Every hotel staff member in every encounter was friendly, helpful and courteous. Several staff members actually learned my name after 2-3 days.
6. The room maids were so nice. They quickly brought every request such as extra bottled water.
7. The lower level pool and hot tub was fun although the men's steam room did not work.
8. Security was omnipresent. Subtle, but one could tell that many eyes were watching the entry and lobby. I felt secure.
9. The concierge team helped us with printing a document and provided helpful advice on area restaurants.
10. The only negative (and I mean only) was dinner at the Chinese restaurant. Overpriced for the poor quality food. On the other hand, their service was, you guessed it, great.
Why would anyone consider another Paris 5star hotel? We will keep visiting other Peninsula hotels in other cities and look forward to a return here.

The hotel's infrastructure is spectacular, the architecture incredible, sophisticated. The bathrooms are marble, with heated floors, bathtub with TV, fresh fruit in the room (some days they weren't changed, but they were generally fresh). The bed was wonderful, the lighting and curtains were all automated, the housekeeping even wrapped our charger cables with a personalized strap. The only bad thing about the room was the bathroom shower, which leaked a lot during the shower and we had to put towels on the floor to cover the leak. What made the hotel fall short of our expectations was the poor quality of the service. When booking during the Indian Summer period, for every 4 stays we would receive an extra night (we stayed 8 in total) and breakfast would be included. My husband tried to book through the website but was unable to do so, so he contacted the hotel via email, which also did not say anything about this offer on their website. That's why we hired an agency to act as intermediary and they suggested we speak to the manager at check in so that we could make use of this benefit. We spoke to 4 different people until they called the manager Anthony, who was attentive but didn't solve anything and told us he didn't know about this benefit and after we showed them the advertisement on their website, he informed us that we should have booked online and not through an agency ( which we tried to do but were denied). Each time there was a new excuse, which left us very frustrated since we were going to stay in other Palace hotels that we already knew, but we decided to use this opportunity to get to know Península. Result: we paid 64 euros per day per person for a delicious breakfast, but only with drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc.), bread and eggs included. No yogurt, no cheese and fruit had to be ordered separately - each portion cost more than 38 euros. Not to mention that the breakfast service was extremely slow and one day one of the waitresses was rushing my mother-in-law to choose her order, in a very rude way. Everything took a long time to come to the table and we had to repeat our orders to the waiters. Not what you expect from a hotel of this size. The pool also had reduced usage hours, until 10pm only, which doesn't make any sense for those who are traveling and taking advantage of the day to stroll around the city. Another unpleasant thing was that at the end of the stay, they wanted to charge us for snacks that we never ordered, and we only saw the wrong charge because we checked everything before signing. All in all, an experience that could have been better. The impression given to us is that the hotel does not value its guests, only if they are famous tennis players.

I recently visited Lili at The Peninsula Paris on a special day trip from London on Eurostar to celebrate my friends birthday, we specifically chose to come back to Paris to Lili as I had been before the pandemic and really enjoyed the setting and decoration. We had a very great welcome experience when we entered the hotel as I arrange a luxury Mercedes S class driver for the trip, everybody was very polite, respectful and welcoming in the entrance/lobby. I reached out to Idyalla at Lili who helped coordinate a few special requests to make it a memorisable visit, when we arrived everything I requested was there and my friend was very impressed with Lili. Our waiter Gao Marc was excellent also, very genuine, warm and professional at all times. The other staff also seemed professional. The quality of food was still good and authentic as my previous visits pre pandemic. My only suggestion is if there could be a larger dim sum selection as in the last they had more items or potentially of the peking duck to be available to order for half a duck as 1 whole duck is a lot of duck to eat for 2 people. Beside that it was a luxurious lunch in a beautiful palace that is always very special in my heart to visit when I am in Paris. I am already planning my next visit to The Peninsula Paris. Thank you again to the whole team.

From the start, the concierge team made a particularly detailed and attentive effort to set up several events during our stay, from transfer in the Rolls to a visit to the champagne region. All of their vendors and drivers were outstanding. There was one mixup for dinner, but they more than compensated with some very personal touches, clearly going out of their way to make the visit five star worthy. We want to thank Antoine in particular, although the entire staff was welcoming and on the mark every time.
We had a junior suite and it was full of technology and luxurious touches (love the toilets). The restaurants served amazing meals and I can’t say enough about the staff and how attentive they were. I will never stay at another hotel in Paris.
It’s not cheap but I felt like I was truly getting exactly what I was paying for. If you have the chance to stay at this hotel, don’t miss it. Truly the most well executed hotel experience I’ve ever experienced, from the Taj to the Four Seasons, the Peninsula in Paris takes the cake. Pun intended.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 2 nights. For $2000/night, I expected services similar to Four Seasons. However, it fell short in the following areas. Room service prices were outlandish, Chicken consume soup for 40 Euros?! The restaurants are not digitally connected to the front desk. They have no ideas that the person making the reservation or dinning there is a hotel guest? I got a Tier 2 table at their Michelin rated restaurant for my wife’s birthday? The head waiter was polite but did not talk to us as he did to other guests perhaps thinking we were not guests until I charged the 560 Euro dinner to our room. I tried to change 220 CHF to Euros at FD, and 3 attendants spent more than 15 minutes figuring out what to do and how to do it? When I checked out I received a blank invoice via email?!

We stayed at this incredible hotel earlier this month for our wedding Anniversary. We normally stay at the Four Seasons George Cinq but decided to try the Peninsula this time. We are so glad that we did.
The Peninsula Paris exceeded our expectations. It is a palatial hotel that is located on a small, quiet street just 2 blocks from Arc de Triomphe and 1 block from Kleber Metro station.
Our Grande Deluxe room is very spacious, luxurious, and it has a large balcony overlooking other beautiful buildings including the Rafael hotel (see pic).
Breakfasts at the hotel are incredible. The signature bread basket is out of this world. The pain au chocolat and croissant are so crunchy and fresh (see pic). It is in a gorgeous courtyard for outdoor and a palatial room for in door dining.
The hotel has a special 1934 Rolls Royce that guests can reserve for short rides to the restaurants. We were able to get driven to our restaurant. It was so special to be driven around Arc de Triomphe in a vintage Rolls Royce. Thank you to Jeremy for driving us safely as it was not easy to navigate around Paris traffic with a 3 ton treasure :)
We appreciate the front desk staff who were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Itzlar Garcia, front desk manager, embodies what great service really is by being readily and proactively making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you!
Peninsula Paris will now be our go to hotel in the City of Lights!

We ended up staying in this property one night because our original hotel the Shangri -La was shut down due to no water. Anyway, the suite we were given was so elegant, modern and the bed was comfortable, it was a perfect set up for my husband and I and our daughter. She slept in the living room which was across the hallway from us and we also had a half bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and with the blackout drapes we overslept and almost missed our first Tour.
Their welcome was so attentive and the suite was already waiting with champagne, macaroons and and Eiffel tower made of chocolate because it was my birthday. Rached the Director ro rooms was super helpful and attentive. This property is very close to many important sites. The only reason why we didn't stay here for the rest of the trip is because we promised our daughter to go back to the other hotel since we had a suite with a view of the Eiffel tower. But If we comeback to Paris we will for sure stay in this property.

Booked a suite and was not disappointed. You get what you pay for. The Peninsula have a great format for their suites with a wonderful bathroom, spacious dressing room and a well appointed bedroom with the finest bedding and pillows.
Visited during French Open and everything was just perfect.
A memorable breakfast that we didn’t want to end and so we took our third cup of tea / coffee outside!
The staff went out of their way to assist.
Love the electric scooters that whizz around Paris. Why can’t we have them in the UK??
