This place definitely gives you the ambiance of Paris with it's location, architecture, furniture, and decor. It is located in the heart of the shopping area, so our view from the big windows was the Parisian street, which was great. The employees were friendly and welcoming when we checked in. The elevator is dark and old, so it's a bit...

The staff was so friendly, I especially want to shout out to Aline. We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 am, and she got us in our room around 10:30 am despite the check-in time being much later. She also went above and beyond in helping us find a New Years event at the last minute. The rooms are comfortable,...

Great location, amazing room, amazing staff, honestly brilliant. Should be 5*, cannot fault! Make sure to visit the restaurant too, fantastic setting overlooking the church/street, with very good food. Will definitely be back

Perfect location with short walk to a metro station, Le Louvre, etc. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, recommend trying the special Chef dinner menu one night. We were provided with a free phone "handy" to navigate attractions, locations in Paris. Very handy :-) Highly recommended.

The hotel is well-situated and close to all the main Parisian attractions. The hotel staff is exceedingly friendly -- especially Ilene (or Helen...I'm not sure how she spells her name). The rooms are comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast is the perfect way to start a day. I was very pleased and will definitely return.

Hotel Lumen was by far one of the best hotels that my partner and I have stayed in. From the moment we arrived our needs were catered for, greeted with a smile at reception. Upon arriving at our room we were stunned by its beauty, small but cosy! The decor was beautiful (superior room) and the marble in the bathroom...

The best possible location, service and facilities! We loved our experience at this hotel. The staff and additional services made it even better. We had breakfast at the hotel every day and the quality was incredible. The restaurant was amazing.

The hotel is in a great location about 3 minutes walk from the Pyramides metro station, perfect walking distance from the Louvre. The concierge was very helpful and welcoming and suggested we try the hotel's restaurant as they have a new chef. We did, and had an incredible meal, our best in Paris. We opted for the 'chef's menu' despite...

Small rooms but I didn't expect anything different from a Paris hotel. The restaurant is worth trying - we had a great meal, ordered the tasting menu and got to try most of the items on their menu. If you have a need for a good hairdryer for your hair routine, bring your own because the one in the room...

Easy to access to main part of Paris. The subway station "Pyramid" is one minute walk from hotel. Room is quite small but enough. Quality is fairly high. I liked breakfast. Price should be reasonable for those conditions above.
