Mercure Paris Terminus Nord is directly in front of the Gare du nord so ideal as a base to get around Paris. However for a 4 star hotel the condition of the hotel is very poor. Every where in the hotel is crying out for a little tlc. The rooms are ok but the carpets are stained. The bathroom had... More

This is the second time I have stayed at the Mercure Paris Terminus Nord and for both reasons I chose it because of it's ideal location just across the road from the train station, which means arriving into and leaving Paris are relatively stress free. The hotel reception is rather friendly and efficient and the staff are very helpful. The... More

Very noisy rooms facing busy street, with no sound proofing. Tried ordering room service at 10:30pm and told everything would take min 45 minutes as it's not even made on site. Rooms and bathrooms very tired and shabby. Wifi patchy

Stayed here for one night on business the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful on arrival and gave some tips on local restaurants, the room was clean and cosy although a bit of a walk from the lifts through the maze of corridors. The breakfast was good with lots of choices, ideal location for Gare Du Nord Station,... More

It a good nights sleep Large queue to checkout so couldn't even escape quickly Opposite gard du nord so v convenient for... More

Old hotel dying for renovation. Carpets with stain and bad look, furniture falling apart, rooms need painting... Bathroom with old sink and old tiles and sink with stains. Far from the advertised 4 stars... The Gare Du Nord area is awful and dirty. It is convenient due to transportation but next time I rather stay in a nicer area. The... More

Somewhat intimidating on arrival with people sleeping rough right outside the entrance but reception area quite impressive. Quick and efficient check in but took a while to find my room on the top floor through a maze of corridors. Room was clean with decent décor but very small. Double bed took up most of the floor area and two people... More

We arrived at about 1000 -1030 am on a Sunday morning post our long flight from Australia. We were expecting to just leave our bags with the concierge and kill time before checking in. Not so, the lovely lady at reception said she had a room for us. This was so lovely. The room was great, the Hotel staff were... More

Seems like very old property..limited staff to attend you for check out...while they were helful but long wait... Reason i choose this hotel was because of the location and brand name. While good location near train station but poor property for brand like Mercure....

We were with a big business group and everything was organized well by the hotel. Rooms are clean even with a separate toilet, breakfast was great and staff made it possible early. Everything is good, if we have to say a negative thing it would be the neighborhood. The staff in the hotel by the way was also very friendly.... More
