We had the pleasure to have dinner and sleep at this incredible place. From the moment we arrived, we were personally greeted by the staff. They arranged everything behind the scenes to make our stay memorable, from the dinner table setup with candle lights to the breakfast perfectly crafted to our requests. The appartement we stayed in was clean and decorated with taste. The balcony next to the dining room offered us great moments. The staff even helped us take a picture and made sure everyone could remember this night with the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower in the background.

Gorgeous time with my wife and our two kids !!! I always love to allow myself some time with la reserve apartments . Second visit to the beautiful place I enjoyed it this time with my two kids and really loved the way we were welcomed by the staff that recognise us! We had a car taken us from the airport and this was really helpful thanks for arranging all the details. Love the brightness of the flat, see the picture I took !

To celebrate our daughters birthdays (19th & 18th) as a special 18th treat I was asked to find a hotel room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. As a modern parent how could I let the little 'darlings' down! That said, we found La Reserve Apartments and requested Apartment 10. La Reserve Apartments is located on Place De Trocadero in the 16th A, blink and you will miss it as you drive round the Place, so best get google map out when you are there. We drove from London; on arrival, there was an effortless transition from vehicle to apartment, the luggage was whipped out and sent straight to the apartment whilst the car was taken down to the secure underground parking. Apartment 10 is a duplex apartment, on the 4th floor with two bedrooms on the ground floor and living/kitchen/diner on the second floor, with a door opening out onto a small roof terrace that has more or less an unecumbered view of the Eiffel Tower. There is enough seating at a squeeze on the terrace for 4 people and how we marveled both day and night at this magnificent structure. It is beautiful at night with the searchlight at the top of the tower scanning the rooftops of Paris below and on the hour for five minutes the tower sparkles, this location is a superb way of seeing it in its entirety with a glass of fizz in hand. There is no question that La Reserve is at the top end of the luxury scale. The masterbedroom is large and spacious and both bedrooms have ensuites; after a nightcap on the roof terrace from a selection of decanters on the sideboard serving either Johnnie Walker Black label,Absolut Vodka or Hennesy Fine Cognac, (all complimentary) trundle down to the bedroom, close the automatic shutters to plunge the room in complete darkness and slip into your oversized bed with Kaufman duvets and pillows and sleep the night away peacefully until the aroma of fresh coffee and the clinking of coffee cups the following morning awake you, as your housekeeper, who lets herself in (strange concept but the stairs to the kitchen are by the front doors, so not close to the bedrooms) preparing a feast of French goodies for breakfast. The staff are warm and friendly and nothing is too much effort, even with the omission of a jar of Nutella at breakfast, the housekeeper nips out momentarily only to return with jar in hand, to compliment the crepes made that morning. My daughter spilt something on her dress only for the said garment to be whisked off immediately for dry cleaning and ready for the evening outing. Nothing is too much trouble. Well of course, all of this comes with a price tag. The apartment in price compares to that of a junior or superior suite of any of the 5 star hotels around but none of them will come with that view,or the space we had within the apartment; we know we checked. So all in all we had a wonderful time but we did feel that because of the price that this is a place for special occasions and probably would opt for other places having ticked off another one on the bucket list. Did we fulfill the remit...I defintiely think so.

I was a little nervous about booking La Reserve given how few reviews were on here. We were looking for a couple things: central location within walking distance of most sights, view of the Eiffel Tower, five-star experience, dog-friendly, big enough to accommodate two related parties who wanted to share a space but have separate bedrooms. We had a lovely time at La Reserve, and we'd return if we came as a family again, though perhaps I might consider other options if it was just me. Thanks goodness I was forewarned about the discreet entrance -- otherwise I might never have found the place! But the secret, like you're in on a hidden find, becomes part of the fun. It is a little odd/over-attentive that you aren't really supposed to open the main door for yourself going in or out, especially when you're only leaving for three minutes to walk the dog. We also didn't get a key to our apartment because the previous guest had taken it with them, so hotel personnel had to let us in every time we came back, which was a little onerous. The elevator is small, but the apartments are spacious and super lovely and comfortable. In our apartment on the top floor, we had a duplex with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and it was near perfection. I was nervous about the street noise, tourists and subway noise, and the light from the Tower's glow being issues -- traffic noise was essentially a non-issue to my surprise, though I am a native city dweller. The only noise issue we dealt with was the lingering patrons from the adjacent bistro-bar on our first night. We didn't hear any rattling from the nearby subway stop, and the Tower light was no problem whatsoever. The second bedroom in our apartment had no toilet -- that was outside the bedroom, which was a bit awkward to me. I usually hate giving hotel staff access to my room and leave "do not disturb" on the whole time, but that's really not an option at La Reserve, nor is it a problem. Perhaps because of the intimate nature of the hotel, it mostly felt fitting, proper, and safe. Even when a staff member snuck in while you were sleeping to start your breakfast! The staff seemed eager to help, whether it was spending a half-hour to set up a dvd player in our room, coming up to treat a stain we made on the white couch, or bringing up a baby gate. One other complaint would be that we knew we were going to get breakfast, but no one told us upon checking in that we had to make reservations for how to do so/book it in advance. Which means we kinda missed breakfast our first morning, but they made it up to us with pastries and fruit. They also brought a stuffed elephant for my niece before we left, which was cute. The terrace for our apartment was larger than the one pictured on our website -- it wasn't giant but certainly enough for lounging or taking breakfast, and there was a wall rather than just bars blocking us in, so it was safe for a toddler too. The balcony and the window leading up to the second floor were the only parts of the apartment with a direct Tower view, but it seemed like you'd be able to see the Tower from any apartment by sticking your head out of any window facing the street. Our apartment also had a skylight, and just about the entire place was always full of light, which can be unexpected in a city of crowded low-rises. The location is very central -- we walked everywhere, up to eight miles one day! And you're right next to the Trocadero Metro stop. It's a very expensive stay, of course, but since you pay in advance, you've almost forgotten about that by the time you arrive! It's private, luxurious, and spacious, so if you're looking to avoid attention in Paris or get a little more space for your party than merely connecting rooms elsewhere, this is a fine choice. You're going to miss some amenities like a pool, spa, or gym in the building, but La Reserve is still si charmant.

We spent 4 nights in one of these beautiful apartments. Everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home has been prepared for you. The apartments are comfortable and inviting: every piece of furniture, lamp or decoration are put in the right place so when you come back from a busy day in the city you feel immersed in tranquility and elegant beauty. The view to the Eiffel Tower is priceless and the central location is perfect. The staff has been extremely helpful and and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at La Reserve Apartments immensely.

La Reserve Appartment is the perfect place for spending time in Paris. We stayed at Appartment No. 5 with a full view over Trocadero to Tour Eiffel. The appartment was huge, beautiful and very stylish. The service (I think we were a bit of a challenge to the concierge team was very friendly, obliging and efficient. As most good things in life, it however has its price...

La Reserve Apartments are a fabulous place to stay in Paris. Central location, beautiful views, fabulous courtyard to sit and relax, and the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The morning breakfast in the apartment was lovely, eggs, croissants, fruit etc. and lots of coffee. Bed was so comfortable too! Was in a 3 bedroom apartment which was extremely spacious and decorated in the old Parisian style. Will stay here again when I am in Paris! Highly recommended.

There was absolutely nothing to improve upon our experience at La Reserve. We had a tremendous welcome, beautiful view, helpful staff and breakfast laid out each morning. The suite was spacious and the amenities perfect - from the comfortable beds, fine linens, lovely robes and very large espresso machine. We were well looked after and reservations were made for us promptly and expertly - even places that had said they had not availability. My daughter's birthday came complete with the most delicious cake. No detail was left to chance. I would recommend La Reserve to anyone who would like to feel at home in Paris
