The hotel is very close to the subway (almost in front) and in a very good area in Paris. There is a winter garden and the decoration is nice. All employees spoke english. They didnt have breakfast, but they had frigobar. The room is nice, comfortable and with a lot of space. I didnt like the service that much for... More

A great small hotel with about 10 rooms. Very comfortable and clean that makes you feel you are really in Paris.Expresso and croissants always available. The manager is a knowledgable Polish woman (Gosia) who came to Paris for a weekend and never left!!! The location is close to the underground and 3 stops and you are at Roland Garros. Definitely... If you are looking for something a little different this is the place. Ideally located for the Trocadero and Eiffel tower, this little hotel of around 10 bedrooms is the place. Each room is furnished differently so it's not hotel decor by numbers you get with the chains. We only had 1 night there and were considering going out for... More

A nice hotel in an easy location to get around Paris. Our room seemed very dark and we experienced quite a few problems sadly. There was a problem with the shower for example. But it was an enjoyable stay all the same. A nice touch was a gift of chocolates as an apology for the inconvenience we experienced however a... More

Nice & quiet for a holiday. Adjacent to Line 9 of the Metro is convenient, even from the airport, approx 1 K to Eiffel Tower. I had a single room adjacent to the entry and facing the sidewalk, but quiet nevertheless. Bathroom was very small, but clean. Room (single) was similarly small, but comfortable for sleeping. Front desk staff was... More

I staid in this hotel 1 night. The only thing I like it was the location, I had to walk a bit to find a restaurant, but the hotel wasn't worth 200 Euro..The room was small and smelly, the bathroom was an open concept except the toilet. I had to brush my teeth in the shower.. I could go on and... More

It's 3 star hotel in nice district of Paris. We booked 'Confort' double room, it's of good size, it has a big window (french balcony), wardrobe, double bed (180x200), tv, table, wc, and separate bathroom WITHOUT A DOOR (so it's all about trust if you're travelling not alone)... Breakfast is served in a room, whatever time you need (from 7:30... More

This hotel has great connections, and is in a good location for walking to Champs elyse. The back rooms are quiet and spacious, however the lower class rooms are smaller, and some quite dark decor. The hotel staff are slow, and not very attentive. One day i had a very poor breakfast tray in contrast to other days. Also after... More

Staying in Trocadero

Neighborhood Profile
Trocadero
This is the neighborhood of grand and impressive Haussmann-designed apartments and buildings. National museums overlook the Eiffel Tower and embassies fill the avenues and streets. Locals head to the butcher, florist, or bakery on their daily rounds amidst luxury and splendor, all with a view over Paris and its most famous tower. Snuggled in between the grand buildings are small art galleries and homes of historical significance. With a rich legacy from 19th century politics, art, and architecture, you can’t help but be reminded of the belle époque, the Universal Exhibitions and the nobility that have frequented and shaped these streets.
