The front desk staff were the very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The hotel was clean and quite but the rooms were very small and the closets were tiny (enough for one guest not two).

This is not a bad hotel but some things could be improved. There was a lot of mold in the shower grout but the room seemed otherwise clean. This hotel is the home of the world's smallest elevator! It BARELY held two people. I'm tall and she's short so she had to stand under my armpit and then we had... More

This hotel is in a good location, right near metro stations, restaurants and in the heart of St Germain. Walking distance to Notre Dame and the river. Some nice little bars and restaurants a few doors along.I read that the rooms are small but I would have to say that our room was the smallest hotel room we have ever... More

This hotel is in a good location in the Latin Quarter. Walkable to all the things we wanted to see - Lux Gardens, Notre Dame, St. Chappelle, D'Orsay, Tuilieries, Army Museum, Picasso Museum. There are lots of good restaurants near by and we had the best croissants in France at the restaurant nearby called Hicou. There is a Starbucks at... More

Location isn't bad, we walked everywhere possible. Read that the rooms were small but didn't realise how small they were actually going to be! Bathroom is okay, just a sliding door to close as there isn't enough room for one to open and close. The lift again I read was small but didn't actually believe the size of it when... More

Can't really fault location and value for money. Room is ok. Bathroom is fine. You are paying for a budget room and it's fine. Don't expect water /tea or coffee etc... The big problem is the air conditioning system that didn't really work and seemed to be centrally controlled from reception. So was too cold or too hot. And sleep... More

I have just returned from this hotel where I stayed for 2 nights with my boyfriend. The room is very small. I read on here it was small but I didn't quite realise how small it was. There is literally room for a bed and a small wardrobe. The bathroom doesn't feel as small and is done to a high... More

What was good? It looks modern and freshly renovated, comfortable bed, small room but you have all you need for one or two nights. It's very close to Odeon metro, so you can save time moving in Paris. Good breakfast! What could be better? Noisy until quite late but you can manage it with earplugs. A shelf or a hook... More

Excellent location, easy to get there from airport with subway. Most wonders of Paris are in walking distance. Price for value is excellent, you cant really find such good deal nearby. Rooms are not big but cozy and not standard rectangles but each are different. Staff is very friendly and helpful. One may hear some street noise during night but... More

This is a great little hotel in the heart of Paris. The rooms aren't that big, but you can't beat the location. This is a great option if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel. Makes a trip to Paris much more affordable.

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
