Very nice room, perfect for a family of four. The bathroom was great, spacious and good toiletries provided. Clean towels every morning (we could have done without that - let's save water and energy, guys). A bit shabby, it's true, but still pleasant. Friendly staff too. No air conditioning - I'm not even a fan of AC, but we had the misfortune of being there during a heat wave - so sleeping was tough. Noisy street too, I must say.

We stayed here overnight on our last night in Europe. Both the men on the reception who assisted us were very helpful. They stored our luggages for us without any additional cost while we were in other countries, at no additional cost. We are very thankful for that. Our room was also clean and pleasant. Location was also perfect as it is walking distance to Gare du Nord. Monoprix (groceries) is also close by. They also helped us arrange for transfer to CDG airport on the next day. Overall, they helped us a lot. Thank you so much! Because of the kindness they have shown us, we no doubt would stay here again if we come back and we’ll also recommend them to our family and friends who will visit Paris.

The staff allowed us to check in early and was super helpful! The location was a bit scary because we got cat called multiple times. Overall the stay in the hotel was nice but will try to book in a safer place next time

Ask for room 22 massive balcony (although one part was accessed via the toilet) which we found very amusing! Seperate twin bedroom ideal for families. 5 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Would def book again.

This hotel was unfortunately not that great. Only one positive was water pressure and that working staff in reception were nice and pleasant. The room was way smaller than on the photos and extremely cold. Window was not really closing well. Instead of duvet, in the middle of February, we got thin blankets and ended up using three at the time to keep us warm. Extreme amount of items broken in the room, from toilet doors that won’t closed etc. Very very dirty room and bathroom. We did not feel safe at all.

My friend and I went to Paris for 3 days for the first time, we got this hotel as part of a package with Ryanair. Looking at previous reviews we were a bit apprehensive, we didn’t want an expensive hotel as we were looking room only accommodation with shower facilities. The hotel itself is in a central location near Moulin Rouge and Sacre-Coeur with close transport links into the main attractions more central to the city. You could hear traffic, but not to the point where it was keeping us awake, just usual city noise. The rooms are clean, with the room tidied and fresh towels provided each day. The room had adequate heating and a fan was available. However, we had gotten a room where our hairdryer was not working which we managed without as we were only there for 3 days. Staff were nice and recommended places for breakfast. On the expensive end for room only, but there is worse for a lot dearer.

Very close to the station and city centre Cons: - The property is aged - The area is not very safe for solo travellers at night - Cleanliness needs some doing It is pricy

The apartment we got for our family of 5 was suprisingly spacious. Had a nice modern flooring n seems newly renovated. Bathroom was quite big. It was just a few mins walk from Gare Du Nord n a halal eatery (kebab shop). It has a tiny lift but gd enough for us even though we had to take turns getting into it with our luggage. The area is very lively and noisy with so many ambulances or fire engines driving by at night. We stayed for 2 nites so it was bearable.
