The studio was spacious and had all the basics you need. The location is not super central but it's convenient and quiet, very close to a metro station. On arrival there was an issue with the card payment terminal and the receptionist was helpful The furniture is tired , but based on the price is to be expected, and you kind of see it in the pics already. The water pressure was weak and I hope they fix that. I think it's a good option for the price.

The quality is getting worse year after year and the ladies in the reception are so rude and lack the basic of understanding. I would not recommend the place until some changes are done and people are trained properly.

We had a 4 night stay here which was great. It had a well equipped kitchenette with everything you need. Great bathroom with shower and heated radiator. Very comfortable room and best of all fantastic view of Pere Lachaise Cemetery from our room. The cemetery entrance is only a couple of minutes away which was great as huge Doors fans we visited Jim Morrison every day.

We just stayed for 10 days at this location. Pros: Next to Pere Lechaise cemetery - a very worthwhile place to visit. Very close to the Metro and bus lines and a supermarket. Reasonably close to laundries and restaurants. Heat worked very well. Excellent and friendly staff. Price was very reasonable. Cons: Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Only one outlet in the bedroom. Bathroom sink shelf was tilted downwards, causing items to fall off. Regular key locks instead of key cards. No food options in the hotel except for the meager and expensive breakfast. Walls are very thin. You will hear your louder neighbors. So basically, if you can deal with the cons, it’s a great hotel. I’d stay there again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Stayed in Paris for a week with my family and this place became our home away from home. The apartment was equipped with basic kitchen utensils (pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls and glasses). Visited the near by supermarkets to purchase everything we needed and more. Train station near the hotel made moving around the city very easy. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights in the Adagio Access Paris Philippe Auguste, from 16-18 July 2018. The location next to the Père Lachaise Cemetery and close to the Metro stop Philippe Auguste with easy access to central Paris is excellent. The Père Lachaise is so beautiful, and we spent hours walking there. During our stay in the Adagio Access Paris Philippe Auguste no-one came to clean our room, and we had to buy our own toilet paper as we ran out. Our room was very hot and no air-conditioning / fan. The communication about breakfast was somewhat misleading. We thought breakfast was included, at checkout we discovered that it was 9€ per person per day – definitely over priced. Had we been aware of this, we would have bought bread etc. at the nearby bakery. There was free coffee until 9 pm, which was nice; the staff were friendly, but they do not speak very much English. When we booked our room, we asked for a parking space, but the first night our car had to stay in the street, because the staff in charge of parking was not on duty when we arrived. On the second day, we managed to get a parking space. For two nights, the hotel was ok as a base for exploring Paris, but if I had to stay more than 2 nights, I would choose a hotel with better housekeeping and aircondition.

Excellently situated in a quiet street with very good bakery and a metro station 100m away. Adequate room with all mod cons and a kitchen we only used to make breakfast tea/coffee. V. hot when we were there but got a good night's sleep with windows open. Unpretentious, cheap and handy. A safe in wardrobe. Helpful staff. If you want bells and whistles go elsewhere, but pay for the privilege.

The room itself was nice, although it would have been helpful if both sides of the bed had wall outlets. The communication about breakfast was very misleading. All of the signs led us to believe that it was included, and it wasn’t until checking out that we were told that it was 9€ per person. The breakfast was definitely not worth that. It was literally bread, a piece of fruit, and juice.

I gave this aparthotel 3 stars to represent the only 3 positive things I can say about it. 1, it is located around the corner from the number 2 metro. Very convenient. 2, it is on the back end of a block that is directly across a small street from the Pere Lachaise Cemetary so it is much quieter than other sections of Paris where I've stayed. 3, the staff are very nice and are as accommodating as they can be. Now for the negatives. As others have mentioned numerous times there IS NO A/C. I stayed there during the end of June and beginning of July. And the temps were high. It was not my choice, my husband booked it and refused to find us a new place after he made the reservations. The is no ventilation in the tiny bathroom. It was shockingly hot in there when you closed the door. Doubly so when you were taking a shower. Despite being on the top floor there was not much of a breeze coming in through the windows. It made something at night very difficult. We asked for a fan and the staff had one we could use. But a fan is no defense against the kind of heat we had in that room. One reason my husband chose this place was because of the kitchenette. However, between the heat and the slanted walls in this tiny space one could not comfortably use the stove. My husband is tall and he could not really fit into the standing space in front of the sink without bending over. Not conducive to cooking. Perhaps ours is the only room that has slanted walls. I think we were on the building's corner. Definitive ask which room you'll be getting. He chose a place with a kitchenette so we could do some cooking and not eat out for every meal. I made pasta once a few days into our stay and never touched the stove again. The heat of the room combined with the heat from the stove near killed us. There were so few outlets in our room. The 4 of us were fighting for outlets to charge our phones. For the first 5 days of my 10 day stay I struggled to dry my hair in the living room area using my compact's mirror because the were no outlets in the bathroom. But then my son discovered an outlet behind a panel in the bathroom lighting. It was something the staff should have pointed out. Also the only outlet in the bedroom that we could find is the one the tv is plugged into. On the wall opposite the foot of the bed. I used this to charge my phone at night so I didn't have it next to me while in bed. This was not ideal. Having an outlet next to the bed is expected. They only cleaned the room ONCE DURING OUR ENTIRE STAY. Otherwise you must pay extra for cleaning. Needless to say it was filthy most of the time. You're out all day, tracking in dirt when you get back. We had baguette in the room for breakfast and no matter how carefully we ripped or sliced the bread the crumbs went all over the floor. It was so bad we had to ask the front desk to borrow their vacuum cleaner often. Since no one comes thi clean every day ou have to ask the front desk for toilet paper. There were 4 of us in the tiny room. We were asking for TP every day... and paper towels for the kitchenette didn't seem to be provided so we bought that ourselves. For the price we paid I was very dissatisfied. For that price we should have had cleaning service every day, toilet paper and paper towels provided every day. These are basic amenities. I wanted to return home after day 2. And this is Paris. No one should feel this way while being in Paris. Needless to say I'll never let my husband choose hotels again for our vacations.
