The hotel at first seemed great, good location in the Marais, small but comfortable boutique hotel. 3 days into our stay we did encounter an uncomfortable problem though. We had items stolen out of our room while we were at dinner. On our 3rd night at the hotel, we went back to

Dear Julia, You are really very harsh with us ! But I see from your other comments on Tripadvisor you are very harsh where ever you go!! Our hotel has only seventeen rooms, the Night Manager sits in front of the door and see’s everyone entering or leaving, he has worked for us for over 12 years and we have complete faith in him and he is the only person in the hotel at night. When he has to leave the desk , he locks the front door of the hotel. You informed us that a pair of sunglasses had been taken from your room, please let me know what any other hotel in the world would have done? You could have lost them anywhere or forgotten them anywhere. I sincerely regret that you hold this incident against our hotel but again from your other remarks on Tripadvisor you seem very unhappy where ever you go. It is so easy to put such a terrible accusation on a well-known website that can destroy reputations, I think you should be ashamed. Why can you not think that hotel staff are not all thief’s and that there are lots of honest people who work hard and well. Good luck for the rest of your stays in hotels or the restaurants that you visit, perhaps you could enjoy one or two and make a nice comment for once. All the best, Tim Goddard, General Manager

Marais is easily one of the nicest and coolest parts of Paris and Petis Moulin fits right in: It´s small, but comfortable, its old school but very modern, surprisingly comfortable and a very personal hotel. It´s smack in the middle of everything, walking distance to all the cool

We enjoyed our stay here. Central to the Parisienne locals and an amazing food market, everything was easy to get to, staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable while being quite eccentric as you would expect.

This hotel is just wonderful so cute and eclectic. I loved the Boulangerie sign outside and all the history of the building. Interesting area of Marais, close to the Picasso museum. Got an upgrade to a lovely junior suite in the attic. Adequate breakfast with plenty of choices.

Dear Jacob M, Thank you for taking the time to write this honest review following your stay in our property. We are deeply sorry that you did not fully satisfy with your experience with us. Our staff is always going the extra mile to help you with all of your need so if one of receptionist could not go through with a restaurant reservation for you it means that the restaurant was fully booked, and we are sorry about that. Regarding our breakfast, we try to offer the highest possible quality of breakfast and listen to every critics of our guest to improve the quality of it. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that our pastries and bread are made every morning by a great Le Marais based bakery using only organic products, also, our fresh juices and fruit salad are delivered every morning. However, we take note of what you say and use to offer a better service. We hope that you will give us a second chance to show you that our establishment fully deserves its reputation. Warm regards from Le Marais, Pauline Le Du - Assistant Manager

Where is the free parking? Is it inside a court and secure? Regards, Ed
Dear plaisaeb, We do have 2 parking spots at the hotel, at about 2 minutes by walk. This is a private and secured car park which costs 20€ per day. There is also the possibility to park in our sister hotel, Le Pavillon de La Reine, located at about 8 minutes by walk from the hotel in Place des Vosges. Best Regards, LK - Assistant Manager
