Great location (eiffel tower is a 5 minute walk away) and champs elysees is a 20 to 25 minute walk. However, this is the only positive I have to mention. Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Thought it may have been a once off but every visit down to the desk even with different staff members was a shock. We only... More

Perhaps, reading other reviews we were unlucky in rooms. We had two sort of adjoining/ connected rooms for my husband, myself and our three kids. We had to split up with each adult in separate room as did not feel safe to leave kids separate. Felt very much like backpacker accommodation for hotel (be it budget) prices. We had moved... More

Hotel clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The fist night was quite and restful. Second night the party next door spent several hours slamming doors and going in and out. Hard to sleep are get rest.

If you are on a budget and want to stay in a clean and decent hotel, close to the Eiffel Tower, this is the place. This hotel was cleaner than other expensive hotels we had been before. I was very impressed with the cleanness. This hotel has elevator, air conditioning and heating system. The breakfast was in a nice place... More

After reading the reviews about the hotel being small my husband and I paid extra for a larger room. We had a lot of luggage and we are not petite. We were extremely happy. The room was extremely clean and quiet. The bathroom was adequate size and very very clean. The people at reception were polite. There was no jug... More

Room was small, as expected in Europe, but the bathroom was ridiculous. My husband and I are both short people and we couldn't use the toilet without our knees pressing up against the wall. We chose it for location. On a quiet street in the 7th arrondissement very close to the Eiffel Tower and Champs du Mars. Couple of blocks... More

Apart from the location which is really few minutes walk to eiffel tower, don't expect too much. Tiny rooms which is kind of common in Europe. We had the two connection rooms which are basically two rooms but with a door outside that you can close so they become two connecting rooms. Bathroom amenities are basic and towels were too... We really enjoyed this location and it's a nice neighborhood, easy to access. It's a small, easy place to stay. We;d definately use it again. The rooms are small but typical and the beds were good, good sleeping .

We stayed here for four nights in May. We chose the top room with a view of the Eiffel Tower peaking out at the top. The room is cozy in size but adequate for two of us to maneuver around, as long as you do not have lots of luggage. We did not partake in the paid breakfast and instead... More

This place was a good value. It's clean and the room was adequate. The location is excellent. This is a standard size 2 or 3 star room for Paris. If your big and like your space, you might want to look elsewhere.
