This hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms. But the real value for me here is the location and cost. In the 1st and great location for Louvre, Notre Dame, and St Germain. Great cafes and shopping in the neighborhood. I usually stay there when in...More
so, it is hectic as -you know what- to get to. you would think it would be a loud area with its great location, the street it was on was surprisingly quiet. check in was fine, check out was fine. the lobby is neat, the...More
My 3rd trip to Paris and found this hotel after researching trip advisor. Nestled behind the streets close to shopping and easy walk to Notre Dame , Pompidou centre , Germain quarter and the river seine, this recently renovated hotel was exceptional. Tastefully decorated with...More
The room was very confortable and clean, but the location is the top, right on the heart of the city
and a few steps to Chatelet metro station, that connects with a several lines around Paris. The staff also was very helpfull. In my opinion,...More

Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and
just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
The room I was in had a double bed in the main area and then a second bed (I think a sofa bed) in a little space between the main room and the bathroom. There was no room for any additional cot or rollaway bed.

Except 3 rooms which are on the point to be solved in the next 10 days, all our showers now have a door and not anymore just a fixed glass. The Double Superior rooms (which are bigger) have anyway a large bathtub with a fixed glass (2 has even a shower and a bathtub but we can not guaranty these ones).
Our hotel is a very nice and modern 3 stars hotel, just in the center.
Each room has air conditioning, ipod player, telephone, large TV with CNN, BBC, TVE, kettle with tea and coffee facilities, free WiFi, iron and board, hairdryer, safe for a 15inch laptop, secure door keys, minibar, double glass windows and quality coat hanger
