I stayed here for 3 nights in February 2022. The hotel is only a few mins walk from the train / metro station therefore makes it extremely accessible. Across from the hotel there is a lovely restaurant & shop where you can pick up supplies. The rooms are very basic but they did the job and were cleaned every morning. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food. The front reception & breakfast staff were extremely helpful and kind but unfortunately the same cannot be said for the resturant staff. Firstly the prices of items in the resturant are ridiculous , we paid €18 for 2 beers! Secondly on our final night we went to the restaurant in search of teabags, the women working left us standing there for at least 10 mins before she acknowledged us. We eventually asked her for 2 teabags in which she told us would cost €10!!! She was extremely rude and arrogant. We left the resturant and went to the front reception where we explained what happened, thankfully the very kind lady went and got us 2 teabags without charge. Minus the experience in the main resturant I would highly recommend this hotel for others who just need somewhere to rest their heads while exploring Paris :)

We arrived Friday night, and call at 6am because the room was HOT AS HELL! 🔥 🥵 😥. The Frontdesk agent came to verifying and told us to go downstairs to get a different room. We went downstairs and they decided to sent someone to verify the unit. The unit doesn't work the person came look at the unit and left. No news, no change no AC. Today is SUNDAY and we are still in this sauna/room incapable to sleep for the past two nights. We called again, they told us they will come to verify is been 2 hours and no one has showed up. Mind you we have two rooms with the same issue so is not a stand alone problem at this point. We went downstairs and of course guess what they are going to send someone to verify the unit TOMORROW 😥so that means that we must fo through another night in the Hot Olympics Sauna. Something so simple but yet seems that we aren't the only ones. I passed through our hallway and saw several rooms with the door open trying to get some air. At this point this is a joke and with so many hotels near even cheaper just DO NOT STAY HERE. Get ur money somewhere else where u can actually enjoy a hard earned vacation... is just Simple as that. Becasue NOBODY cares. Maybe u are wondering why we do not open the windos right? They windows are jammed so basically one must just die of dehydration and have a horrible no sleep abroad vacation at this point cause NOBODY cares in this hotel.

Good location very central to Montparnasse. 5 minutes walk to metro. Rooms are very very very small, good breakfast with everything you want. Reception service is hit and miss. I had to call a friend that I don't know room to meet outside and the receptionist refused to transfer me just with name. She insisted I give her room.

Very bad service, the receptionist didn’t speak english, they give us a single bed room when we booked for a queen size bed, the second room that they give us was very dirty, and the carpet look so gross like if someone peed on it. We haven’t had coffee or any supplies in the room and the fridge didn’t work... i would never book this hotel again. If you want to be depressed and cry just book a room in here they will not dissapoint. Also i almost lost a hand trying to turn the light off and my boyfriend didn’t wanna see me again... thank you

Frisky hotel. In and out in a jiffy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable equipped with safes. Elevators to the different floors are controlled using the card key for your room which is a good security measure. The hotel has a non smoking policy inside. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. The bar is OK and the bar tenders are angels. Various types of dishes in the restaurant. It is located close to a rail station.

Horrible experience with the services, the room, the people in the reception and the no facilities that I supposed to have for the payment I did. You don't want to stay in this hotel because they are awful.
