I stayed here for 3 nights in February 2022. The hotel is only a few mins walk from the train / metro station therefore makes it extremely accessible.
Across from the hotel there is a lovely restaurant & shop where you can pick up supplies. The rooms are very basic but they did the job and were cleaned every morning.
Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food. The front reception & breakfast staff were extremely helpful and kind but unfortunately the same cannot be said for the resturant staff.
Firstly the prices of items in the resturant are ridiculous , we paid €18 for 2 beers! Secondly on our final night we went to the restaurant in search of teabags, the women working left us standing there for at least 10 mins before she acknowledged us. We eventually asked her for 2 teabags in which she told us would cost €10!!! She was extremely rude and arrogant.
We left the resturant and went to the front reception where we explained what happened, thankfully the very kind lady went and got us 2 teabags without charge.
Minus the experience in the main resturant I would highly recommend this hotel for others who just need somewhere to rest their heads while exploring Paris :)

Second stay at this hotel and I will probably choose other options in the area for my next trip.
The communal areas are very nice and newly refurbished. It looks very nice when entering. They dont have a reception desk, so you need to grab one of the hoovering staff that will check you in on your hand held devices.

I have stayed on the 7th and 5th floor and booth of them are very dated, probably not refurbished since early 90ies. This last stay, I didn't have hot water in the shower the first morning, water pressure is bad and only large towels (no hand towel or bath mat provided). No creamer for the coffee. And it is rather noisy from the lift.

The breakfast is nice with a good selection and well replenished buffet.

Location is great but for me, the rooms really let this property down and there are other options very close by.

The room is comfortable as you expect from a four-stars hotel but the service and facilities are terrible!!
The towels were dirty, the bathtub doesn’t works, they forget let shampoo and soaps in the toilets and the room smells like bad cheese.
if you have dinner in your room, in the next day after the whole day you will arrive in your room and the facilities will had just made the bed and let the dirty dishes and bottle empty there.
The mini bar didn’t works! Forget it! And when you call the reception to understand why they didn’t tell you before and how can you freeze your wine or something they will ask you to go to reception to let there and back later to take it.
I ask for soap to my room one night, call 3x to reception and I’m still waiting for it...
TERRIBLE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We spent nine nights here, had to pay in advance with no refund. We moved to a city view room but after two nights it was impossible to sleep as the aircon did not work, so we requested a move to a room with working aircon, we were moved to a room with a window which opened. Unfortunately I left my new expensive boots in the old room and first people to have entered the old room would have been their house keeping staff however, after three requests for a response they apparently never found my boots and the manager implied I must have lost them moving across the corridor - really! The fact that this hotel obviously has no working aircon in their rooms with no ventilation and they failed to do anything about it in the nine days we were there I know this as when I refused to leave the check in desk until someone found something out about my missing boots many guests came up asking for fans, which were no problem to provide clearly they had to issue these a lot! My boots apparently evaporated and nothing was done to compensate this, even when I took this up with the Accor the management company behind this hotel. The customer service is appalling, if you wish to enjoy a Paris stay please book another hotel which cares about your experience and responds to your concerns in a professional way, sadly this is completely lacking here I would never recommend this hotel and now see why they have a pay upfront with no refund policy, as its the only reason we continued to stay there. Health and safety of their customers is also of no concern to them, putting them in rooms which are stifling with no aircon and no one putting this right is unacceptable, ignorant and greedy, yes they have an Eifel Tower view (for which I was asked to write a top review by the duty manager as he would get a bonus for good reviews) but this should not be acceptable guests having to ask for fans for those rooms in order to make them comfortable is not what a four star hotel should be doing. This is not a four star hotel and the customer service is appalling.

Very bad service, the receptionist didn’t speak english, they give us a single bed room when we booked for a queen size bed, the second room that they give us was very dirty, and the carpet look so gross like if someone peed on it. We haven’t had coffee or any supplies in the room and the fridge didn’t work... i would never book this hotel again. If you want to be depressed and cry just book a room in here they will not dissapoint. Also i almost lost a hand trying to turn the light off and my boyfriend didn’t wanna see me again... thank you

Frisky hotel. In and out in a jiffy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable equipped with safes. Elevators to the different floors are controlled using the card key for your room which is a good security measure. The hotel has a non smoking policy inside. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. The bar is OK and the bar tenders are angels. Various types of dishes in the restaurant. It is located close to a rail station.

Check in is at 16:00, 2 or 3 hours later than most other hotels in the area, and they’re quite happy to turn you away if you arrive before that.

They operate a ‘no reception desk’ model where staff just hang out in the lobby with portable devices. This is poorly managed, and staff don’t seem to prioritise the customer experience, as a result we had a very poor service. Our guy stopped checking us in twice, to deal with other things that could/should have waited.

Room furniture is dated, and in the case of our room dirty/stained.

Tried to get a drink at the bar, at least 3 people waiting to be served, 2 bar staff, 1 on the phone and the other just ignoring everyone. Gave up after a few minutes!

Bedsheets had brown stains on them (draw your own conclusions) we reported it to reception before leaving for dinner, when we returned they’d just remade the bed with the same dirty sheets we’d complained about.

Something near our room made a loud knocking noise every 3-5 seconds for the whole night. Possibly the plumbing?

At checkout we weren’t even asked how our stay was, which suggests they already know how bad it is, or just don’t care.

If we’d been staying longer than 1 night, we would have left early!

Booked for one night for an Eiffel Tower view room .... you can see it but only while standing directly next to the window and looking sideways. Rooms are okay and appeared clean. I can't understand though ... they provide a Nespresso machine but absolutely no milk whatsoever even if you ask for it. You have to go to the supermarket and buy your own ... I mean, what is that about?

The staff are unhelpful expect for Xamira, she was amazing and friendly . The restaurant food is terrible and an insult to French food, please don’t waste your money with the restaurant. The restaurant need lessons in service delivery , cooking and how to be good human beings , I was insulted for not speaking French . The night hotel staff act as if you doing them a favour by staying there and are very unhelpful . The rooms are good , close to the trains and buses but if you don’t speak French I advise you not to waste your money and go here.
