We spent 4 nights in this hotel and we had a great time. The location is perfect, the rooms are well designed and very clean, breakfast was very rich & tasty and the service was excellent! There is also a small nice Gym. Very recommended.

Yes, walk south (turn right as you walk out of the hotel), turn right again just several storefronts from the hotel at the ally Passage du Ponceau (which is blocked at night), then turn left onto Rue St Denis. Keep walking, you will find many interesting shops and cafes.
Advice: if you take a left turn as you leave the hotel and keep walking (which is the way to Gare du Nord), you will come across a poor neighborhood of mostly African immigrants. I was not concerned but some visitors might find it a bit uneasy.
Check Google Map.

Good Morning,
Yes absolutely, you must take the TGV to go to Avignon. From the hotel 123 SEBASTOPOL? IT takes by taxi between 20 and 30 minutes.
Best regards
