Was greeted with a very friendly welcome who spoke fluent English to help check in and answer any questions we had. The hotel was quirky and kept extremely clean. The rooms felt spacious and cleaned regularly. All staff were extremely helpful, giving us great travel tips and recommendations on places to eat and visit within the local area and around Paris. Overall a lovely experience and I will definitely be returning!
One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had traveling! The staff at the hotel were incredible from the moment we arrived. Got in very early morning from a flight from the U.S. and while our room wasn't ready they freely offered up the hammam shower to us so we could clean up while waiting for our room. Game changer! Warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed.
Great hotel, full value ++ for the price and many more treats. We stayed at the hotel (Triple room in the 3rd floor) for 4 nights in March 2023. We really liked the staff (from the reception to the farewell after 5 days), the room is pleasant, clean and well-kept, the location in the 11th qr is very convenient. Very close to 2 metro stations, restaurants and cafes. Hope to come back again soon.
This former industrial boutique hotel has a class and charm about it that I really liked. It's a former textile factory in a trendy neighbourhood, well-linked to the centre of Paris. I appreciated the small touches in the room paying homage to the history of the property. Bed was comfy, and I liked the long desk so I could get some work done. The breakfast was excellent - and the general ambience of the reception and dining area was classy. Highly recommended!
Overall this is a fabulous hotel, especially for the price. It's centrally located with many shops and cafes within a short walk. The woman who checked us in was warm and friendly....I wish I could remember her name. Our room was small, but we already knew that. Although small, it was clean and well-decorated with a nice bathroom. Breakfast in the beautiful lobby was perfect....nothing beats a European breakfast! The fitness center is small--just a few pieces of cardio equipment and dumbbell weights in a small space--but was sufficient for some sweat-inducing cardio and an excellent dumbbell workout. Next time we're in Paris we'd happily stay here again, although in a larger room.
Beautiful decorated hotel with great staff! We are coming for many years to Paris and it s has been a long time ago that we experienced such a warm and professional welcome in a Parisian hotel: from the coffee offered on arrival, the immediate disposal of our room on arrival at 11.00, the free upgrade of our room, the good advice for the restaurants in the immediate surroundings of the hotel! Merci beaucoup. You are making the difference! The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The 11ieme is very nice to discover at a 5 minutes walk of the Marais!
We stayed two nights in Hotel Fabric. Having read the positive reviews I was confident that it was a good choice. However, my expectations were exceeded from the moment we walked in and were warmly greeted at check in. Hotel Fabric was exceptional - mainly because of its wonderful staff. The amenities were perfect, everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful. I know that I would most certainly chose to come back here when I am next in Paris and would welcome it to anyone coming to Paris. The location was ideal and convenient too. Cafes, metros and bakeries were a short distance away - and a supermarket just next door. Thank you for making our stay so delightful!
I have stayed at Hotel Fabric three times (the last being January 2023) and will be there next month for a fourth visit. It is always a pleasure arriving there on rue de la Folie Mericourt. The staff is awesome, welcoming, fun and super knowledgeable. I love the 24/7 service. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well equipped, as is the hotel. The lobby area is super decontracte (relaxed) with a great vibe. The location could not be better. You walk out the door and you have Cafe Mericourt (the best coffee, cutest friendliest staff and the best food (only open until 3). Gotta go. Croyez-moi. The newest addition a few doors down, Chambre Noir Cave Paris wine bar. Don't miss a visit here. And a new great hamburger place. The name escapes me, but the owner was so cool and we needed a good burger and fries. Hit the spot! I owe him a Texas gift upon return. Place de la Republique, le Marais, Canal St. Martin all within short fabulous walking distance. In any direction, the walk is interesting and there is so much to discover wherever you are going. Up to our departure at 5:30 am on the first day of the strike we had the best Taxi driver that drives regularly for Hotel Fabric. There is a small gym and it's all you need, if you need it. This last time I was with my best friend (girl friend) and we stayed 9 nights ! Could not have been better. I will always be back. Good habits are hard to break. Bonnes sejours et profitez-vous. …
First off, the staff is excellent - very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful when needed. This lovely hotel was precisely what we were seeking: CLEAN, QUIET, STYLISH, within a NON-TOURISTY area, yet close to many other beautiful areas in Paris. Also...to have that beautiful lounge area open 24/7 is an element that we enjoyed VERY much. The sauna was great, too. We LOVED our stay there and we'll definitely be staying at Hôtel Fabric when we visit again. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay there.
I really loved the decor and interior design. Really appreciated having the lobby available for our usage, super cozy. Breakfast is very generous. Location is good as well, walking distance from a nice coffee shop and pharmacy nearby, right by a supermarket and close to several restaurants. If I were to give one small recommendation, it would be to have better coffee.
