We checked in early and they could accommodate us. After a long flight, we were very grateful. The hotel was well placed. Easy access from Metro and Gare Du Nord. Check in was easy. The rooms are small, but the bed is comfortable. Oddly, despite a booking for two people, there was only one cup in the room. We resolved...

I had a one night stay, and was very pleased with the location - just a few minutes walk from Gare Du Nord where I arrived into Paris. I booked a standard single room, and I was expecting an upgrade due to my Accor Platinum status, but I do not think that I got upgraded. My single room was small,...

Small rooms nice view but very busy noisy street . Check in was terrible and slow. Not very English friendly. Room was serviced each day but only left one set of towels for 2 people. Cups for hot drinks were paper cups. Ok price for location but not if you wanted to open window in the evenings.

It's located at a good location, less than 5 mins walk from Gare du Nord train station, which is the central train station for regional train including Eurostar. The breakfast is very basic and decent. The room is small. We paid about EUR100 per night for 2 sharing, good price

It was my fourth trip to France in the last couple of years, and I decided that, as we'd only be spending one night at the beginning of the trip in Paris, to stay close to the Eurostar terminal and be able to walk to both the Marais and Monmartre. I've had great experiences with Mercures, and this did not...

The hotel is very close to the Train station, which makes it a superior for Business meeting. The hotel can offer a Business Center, which is a meeting room, and the accessories. The rooms are very clean, and they offer a rich breakfast.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and I definitely recommend it as a well priced, superbly located, clean & friendly place. It is minutes from Gate du Nord, the Eurostar terminus in Paris. And even closer to the Metro & RER (B Line, Magenta station). It's a modern conversion, so unlike many Parisian hotels it has full sized lifts...

First thing first: The Direction....... When you arrived at Gare du Nord station, exit the main entrance ( not where the taxi stand is ) then turn to your left. Go straight ahead, even when the street branches to your left and right just keep walk straight ahead until you find a Bridge-type wall on your right and the hotel...

This Mercure is convenient for Gard du Nord and metro connections. Suite we booked was meant to have terrace access but this door had had the lock removed so no access (ie not got what you purchased) and the air conditioning in terms of heating was a problem. Suite was provided with 2 heaters which did the job, but.... Breakfast...

Lovely few days in Paris. Excellent location and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was very clean throughout our stay and had everything we needed. WiFi was great in our room. Really enjoyed the selection at breakfast too. Would definitely return.
