Le Grey Hotel is a 4 stars boutique hotel located in the 9th District, between Montmartre and the Opera Garnier, close to the Department Stores (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps), the Moulin Rouge and theaters. Liège metro station is only 100 m away and enables direct access to central Paris, the Louvre Museum, the Invalides and the Champs-Elysées. With its elegant carriage entrance, Le Grey Hotel, located in a quiet small street, appears as a sophisticated parenthesis in the heart of an authentic and lively quarter. Its great originality lies in this bold chromatic variation around the grey color which symbolizes the soul of the place. A palette of twelve refined and warm tones, a timeless waltz which turns it into a haven of peace. Le Grey Hotel has 33 rooms on 6 levels from Classic Single rooms (13sqm) to Privilege rooms (21 sqm). All of our soundproofed rooms offer the same services: air-conditioning, fiber WIFI, Flatscreen TV with international channels, safe, minibar,...

    Will definitely stay here again!
We were initially booked into one of the sister properties nearby but the room was not what we expected and had not been renovated so we were offered a room at Le Grey (at a higher price). While it was around 9 pm, Charlotte came to the hotel and personally helped move us around the corner. We loved Le Grey. Staying there made our 4 nights in Paris so much more enjoyable. At first we weren't sure we wanted to pay a higher rate but it was well worth it. Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable, location was perfect for us and breakfast (extra charge but some rates include it) was lovely, with lots of choice. Coffee, tea and biscuits available throughout the day and lots of restaurants very close by. Plus, as others have mentioned, near two metro stations and about a 15-20 min walk to the Opera and Galleries Lafayette, plus other shopping. Can't say enough nice things about Charlotte, who acted quickly and followed up with us each day to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Merci and we will return!

Wonderful and beautiful hotel with an amazing staff
This is an amazing hotel and it all starts with the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming. We went over Christmas and we ended up all getting COVID. The hotel manager extended our stay and made sure we were comfortable during our quarantine. The staff brought us everything we needed while in quarantine, even going to the pharmacy to get us COVID tests we could do in the room. On New Years Eve the manager brought my wife and I a glass of champagne which was completely unexpected. The hotel is also in a very good location and the rooms are comfortable. This will now be our hotel every time we visit Paris.

    Excellent Experience
This hotel is amazing! The Mgmt and staff are superior. We had a king bed with balcony view and they tended to every detail. We missed our flight and I emailed them requesting a room and again customer service was amazing. Would go back on my next visit and there will be a next visit. The food was excellent, wine selections great, the hotel recommended Resturant’s in surrounding areas that were fantastic. It is just local enough to experience the Paris vibe but not be in city center with all the noise and crowds. Excellent.

This place is really small is definitely not worth the price and definitely not five star. The rooms are really small. The shower and the toilet are so close to the charger. The elevator is tiny. It can only hold like two people if you have luggage but this stuff are really sweet Me and my family didn’t like this place would not recommend it’s over price and so small. You can get better at the same price or even lower

The location alone is great but the service and devotion of the staff is excellent. During 3 nights spent we met a rotation of employees - from front desk to house keeping and breakfast staff - who were equally helpful, charming - with great command of English!

I'm sorry but a terribly disappointing experience. They could only make one hotel card as they were concerned that if they attempted to make another one it would break the system and render them unable to access the room. The employees LOCK the only door into the hotel and often vacate the front desk, leaving you to knock on the window until they come and open the door. An insane system that endangers people who stay in the hotel given the nightclub right around the corner. The WiFi was very very slow, and often disconnected, forcing me to use cellular data. There was visible damage to the door and the moulding, with a big dent in the door itself. The room is small, the air conditioning is not powerful at all, and the location is mediocre. I don't know how this hotel earned 4 stars. It gets 1 star from me.

(Pictures online are 100% accurate/ true to life) Lovely, stylish boutique hotel perfectly located between 2 metro stations ( 5 min. walk if you’re slow) with several delicious and reasonable cafe/ restaurants just outside the doors on a quiet street. It’s an impeccably clean hotel with a spacious bathroom and cozy room. There is staff 24/7 and the front doors have controlled access at night- very safe. The staff was helpful and kind- just fantastic. I highly recommend a balcony room - there is a cat that lives on the top floor of another building and you can watch him visit all the neighbors windows with your coffee. Absolutely will book again!

This is an absolute wonderful hotel! We liked everything about it. We were staying in suit and had enough space for my family. Service is good, had no issues with anything at all. Another great thing is a quality of sleep. It was very quiet at night and bed is very comfortable. Location is great, we walked everywhere and there are many restaurants that are more interesting than in touristy locations.

In the heart of town night desk clerk was very helpful giving us advice on how to get places. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, and only a short metro to Louvre art gallery- we were here during a strik- so trash was on an irregular schedule so a bit dirtier than I would suspect is normal- trains are quick and clean - this hotel was really great I would highly recommend- perfect location and staff was really great! Went with my adult son

I had a great experience in this hotel and highly recommend it. Great location in a beautiful and safe area in Paris. Very close to Metro station and bus stops which was very convenient to go everywhere. Close to tourist attractions places. Very clean and nice interior design. Air conditioner worked perfect during summer. Nice staff. Just the internet didn’t work high speed enough. I highly recommend it to my friends.

First negative hotel review I have given. Basically the A/C didn’t work in our room. No one informed us of this when checking in. They clearly knew as a fan had been supplied. The issue was that this was w/c Sunday 10th July - one of the hottest weeks of the year. Not fixed during the 5 days we were there. We left the fan on everyday, but on our return, it had been switched off. On checking out, I asked for an adjustment on our invoice, however the manager had to do this. It took 2weeks before we heard anything but an invoice was emailed with a €100 discount. This was approx 10% which I didn’t consider enough. I responded but have been ignored since. Obviously it is up to you whether you think the offer was reasonable or not - however I think they let themselves down. The hotel itself was good and would have been recommended but I consider the air con a major part of the stay when choosing a hotel. As I say, disappointed.

We stayed at the Le Grey Hotel for 8 nights in July 2022. The Hotel was awesome, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful before and during our visit. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, ATM machines and nice restaurants. It is located in a pleasant and safe neighborhood. A full breakfast is available daily. We stayed in the 6th floor two room suite which was perfect for three adults. It is difficult to locate hotels in Paris with two rooms and Le Grey was perfect for our situation. The Le Grey also has air conditioning in all rooms which was wonderful in July! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. No hesitations.
