We got there literally 10 minutes after booking and everything was perfect. We needed a baby crib and got it in a second free of charge - by the way, we got a really good price for being a last minute reservation! We were in a room under the roof, very quiet and with everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. Our room had a small kitchen, idea for us to cook something quick for the baby; a king size bed and a pull out couch. It truly was everything we needed and it definitely exceeded our expectations! Emailed hotel prior to staying to confirm we would have air conditioning and I got an email confirming we would, upon check in we hadn’t been allocated an air conditioned room and informed of we waited an extra hour we could get one but after travelling with 2 children since 2am they needed a nap and an hour felt like 10 to them. The room we did have was basic, the rug felt incredibly dirty and needed to be binned. The facilities are dated, Nespresso machine not working. But this being said the location is fantastic and couldn’t of asked for a better area! Such beautiful patisseries and cafes/restaurants in walking distance. And a cheap Uber to main attractions. The room done what it needed to do but some TLC is needed to meet a 4* standard including repainting walls, replacing rugs and furniture. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if it had a refurbishment!! Please make some small improvements for future guests. This place has such potential. Staff all were lovey and helpful. And the courtyard is ideal for sitting out in the evening while the kids were in bed as our window lead onto the courtyard. The place has some lovely original features…

The staff was very welcoming and had a positive attitude. Check in went smoothly and quickly. The area and neighborhood, was beautiful and safe. There are many restaurants, shops, bakeries and boutiques in walking distance. After check in, we were informed there is no air conditioning, which we thought they had. The building is nice but extremely outdated. The floors are horrible, dirty and creek as you walk around the room, it felt very unsafe while walking around. The stair case leading up to our room, is dirty and the rug is shredding apart. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel! Major improvements need to be done, in order to impress future guests. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until much the needed upgrades are completed. We were so happy we were booked for a one night layover, or we would have not stayed a second night!…

We got scammed terribly by the hotel. We had booked a room, but the name on the credit card was different from te name of the main guest, so the hotel called us to tell that this was not possible and they would cancel the reservation for us and we had to make a new one. We followed their instructions and made a new reservation. Once we arrived and checked in they told us that there were two bookings on our name, we explained the situation and they told us that they understood the issue and ensured us several times that they would solve it. During our stay we asked them if the issue was resolved just to be sure and every time they ensured us that is had been taken care of. During our check out we asked one last time and specifically asked if we wouldn’t be charged twice and the receptionist really ensured us that we would only be charged once and even checked the room that was assigned to our wrong booking. Nonetheless we were charged twice… we tried reaching out to the hotel to solve the issue, but they were everything but helpful at the beginning and stopped responding at all after some time. We think that it’s such a pity that it had to go like this and really feel like we have been scammed. Due to everything that has happened we would not recommend the hotel at all!…

I have organizied my 50th birthday with my family (4) in Paris, booked this "4 stars hotel", 300+EUR a night for 3 nights (hence 900EUR total) ... completely dissapointed with the total lack of quality ! 300+EUR per night is a joke and rip-off for what you are offering ( or I should better say NOT OFFERING). I have to say, I should have read the Tripadvisor&Google feedbacks before confirming the booking … I would have certainly chosen another place…. Some of the points of complete disappointment/shame are (see attached pics and judge yourself) : - extreme limited space - total lack of space to hold clothes - basically non existant table to eat - furniture ruined in several places - walls scratched - sofa with broken and dirty fabric - broken mirror and risk of injury - complete lack of Wi-Fi connection - no mobile phone connection - all windows must be kept shaded otherwise anybody can look inside (complete lack of privacy) I told the staff hours after my checkin asking to speak with the manager... they said: "the manager after 18:00 is not reachable... nor on Saturaday or Sunday I sent an email... the day after they offered to look at another room but I was told I would not be able to move in till the day after ...hence the third day of my day... what a joke!!!! But the sadded thing is that the offered room had the same bad quality as the first!!! Here is what they did for the last day ONLY: offered an alternative wifi connection and a shampoo!!!!!!! I even wrote an email of complain to the hotel staff and still no reply/call from the manager. STAY AWAY Paolo …

My "junior suite" was on 2 floors. The first floor was concrete, very cold in December. To reach the bedroom I had to crawl up a very steep ladder. To say it was unsafe is an understatement, especially for a person of advanced years.. I was lucky I didn't kill myself. And there is NO elevator in the hotel. None of this is disclosed anywhere I could find. The "reception" are is a tiny room exposed to the outside, not a place you want to linger in the colder months and I was kept waiting 15 minutes in the freezing courtyard to get my key. Half the TV channels don't work, but then again, the rooms are so tacky you don't want to spend too much time in them. Overall, the place is dingy and rundown and one of the most deficient hotels I've ever stayed at

Really nice location, the rooms a small but nice and cosy. The service was excellent and the staff was super helpful. I would recommend the main suit, it looks amazing! The location is perfect for city tutoring or weekend break. Lot's of shops right outside the door :-) Definitely come again.

I got a generous upgrade of a nice flat although I had booked a tiny suite. Thank you so much! Everything was absolutely clean and nice decorated. They sad ‚make yourself comfortable‘ which I easily could do. Very friendly staff in a nice and calm place with a short walk/tube journey from all the attractions of Paris!
