My wife and I spent two nights and a day in Paris August 13 - 15. We stayed here and feel fortunate that we found it. It is a small hotel located in the center of Paris a block from the Tuileries Gardens. It is a short walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame (a little farther), the Eiffel Tower, etc.... More

Absolutely stunning room for a solo traveler. Upstairs sleeping, downstairs bath. The bathroom may be the largest I've had in Europe. The double front room doors made the room wonderfully quiet. The front desk staff were extremely nice. The location is excellent. If I could, I would make room 48 the only room I've ever stayed in again while visiting... More

I recently returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel du Continent. I found the hotel like most of the people by searching tripadvisor. What appealed to me was it's neighbourhood with the Louvre museum. The hotel is ideally located on a quiet but very central street. You are 5 minutes of walk from Place de la Concorde and from... More

The Hotel is located right near the Louvre and near the Westin hotel. we've stayed at both hotels and Hotel du Continent was half the price of the Westin. Great staff! Rooms were small but adequate, great air-conditioning wonderful beds and amazing staff. This is the unknown gem on Paris.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! I had a double room even though I was travelling alone, i would say it is more than enough room for two people! The hotel staff were amazing, I felt like they were close friends letting me stay in their home! So friendly, so helpful! I felt safe at all times, the room was... More

We found this hotel using Trip Advisor, and it was a good find. The location of this hotel was, in my humble opinion, the best thing about it. It's behind the Westin/Vendome. This is a very ritzy neighborhood. Chanel…Philippe Patek…Fifth Avenue, folks. And, it's close to the Musee del'Orangerie. The room was a fair size, but I think we got... More

Very nice decor and comfortable rooms within walking distance of Jardin de Tuilleries, Louvre, main shopping streets. Rooms are well equipped, clean and pretty much sound proof. The hotel has amazing wall coverings by Christian Lacroix throughout the building.

I found this Hotel through Trip Advisor. I am surprised at its rating. The Decor seemed cheap to me; the rooms tiny; and Desk Help was minimal. The Location is great. Small rooms, as expected for Europe, but very nice...modern and clean. I feel that we got a great value for the price. The location is perfect, as the hotel is very close to the subway, Tuilieries Garden, the Louvre, etc.. I would definitely stay here again.
