Very good checking. The place is kept clean and fresh . Corridor maybe need a bit a colors ,I found them very sad. We book a suite"couture" appartement, absolutely beautiful and clean ,nothing to say .it is a small reproduction of Dior Avenue montaigne flagship store. I have noted 4 as the next time I will make sure we are not in the courtyard by the entrance as you can heard all the late customers coming back at night very late and it is very annoying as they used their mobile phone. The hotel direction should ban peoples talking or smoke outside in the courtyard after midnight. The hotel appt is very easy to access in a quiet street. Breakfast too expensive, head outside to that lovely bakery on the corner.
The hotel has a great location and quiet rooms, the staff are perfectly friendly (thank you Alessia for showing us the rooms on our first day) and it’s got the basic amenities you need to live day to day. The shower is quite clogged and takes a long time for water to drain after each use but apart from that, we don’t have major complaints.
We booked a family Studio for 4 persons. 2 adult, 2 Kids. When we arrived, they said, that they only have 2 double-rooms, no Studio available. No discount or anything. They didn't try to contact us in advance. We are very disapointed. Not good for Familie trips
We stayed here for a week. The room was fairly comfortable: good wifi, good air-conditioning, and the beds were ok. The storage space was very good indeed. Some disappointments: the shower pressure was poor and (as normal in hotels) the drainage in the bath was poor. There was no plug for the bath, but the drainage was so poor it may almost have been possible to have a bath. Unfortunately the water pressure was too low to make that a realistic possibility. The location's Covid precautions were excellent, in common with France in general.
The location is good but the rooms are not clean, maybe with the covid restrictions it wasn't clean. I want say there again. It was ok, the dishwasher doesn't work and the place is smelly. I feel because of the covid restrictions, they don't clean the rooms.
The Hotel Citadines Opéra Paris is a small apartment hotel in central Paris. Like many city hotels the rooms were rather small - but with good sleeping quality and all the facilities you would need. As such the hotel is perfect for business travellers as well as vistors needing a base from which to explore Paris. The hotel offers a decent breakfast (incl. very good coffee) – but if you prefer there are many fine cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel. The Hotel Citadines Opéra Paris is recommended.
I really liked this place. I have been coming to Paris for work for many years and stayed at so many hotels with tiny, tiny rooms this was a wonderful change. The apartment was clean with a large living area, kitchen with everything you could possible need, nice size bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Two flat screen tvs, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room with a decent selection of English language channels. The gym was big enough to get a workout in and there was a laundry room in case you wanted to do your clothes. I would definitely return
Well equipped apartments with everything youcan think of. Also n a great location which was in close proximity to transport or even walking to some of the main sites. The staff were so helpful, friendly & welcoming. I will definitely advise staying here if enjoying Paris.
Great location next to Grands Boulevards and Opéra. Several bars and restaurants around. Clean and quiet apartments ideal for families with comfortable beds. More services could be provided to the clients...
The hotel is very close to the metro station. Around there are dozens of restaurants shops and groceries for those who want to prepare food in the room. The gym for those who use it is open 24/24. Staff is available just in case. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a weekend in Paris.
