The Passy Eiffel Hotel is widely celebrated for its comfortable, pristine rooms, some boasting spectacular views, and its recent renovations enhance guest satisfaction. Guests are enamored with the hotel's charming atmosphere, including a cozy sunroom and courtyard, and they enjoy amenities like the Honorary Bar and the hotel's close proximity to major attractions.

Hotel's Favorite
We had such a lovely stay with being giving an upgrade on our room on arrival. Staff are so helpful and friendly guiding us with directions and tips. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and hot water, the temperature of the room was just right. We was in a good location being just round the corner from the Eiffel Tower and metro if needed. Breakfast was.great and the hotel kept spotless. We loved the honesty bar. We would return when coming back to Paris. We was also not only delivered a iron when we asked for one but an ironing board. A great place stay.

Me and my husband visited here during January 2020 for my birthday. We were welcomed by very friendly staff who spoke good English and were very accommodating. The room was very nice and quiet, but could have been a bit cleaner. The hotel was also in a really convenient location, with a subway stop about 3 mins walk from the hotel and about 6 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. Overall we had a good stay and would return and recommend.

We just came back from a 5 days Paris girls trip and this hotel is a gem. I would describe as cozy, charming and the sense of home away from home. The location was also a key factor on our decision as it’s literally 2 min from the metro Passy (where you can go anywhere from here) and 5-7 min from the Eiffel Tower which honestly nothing else should be required. After a long day walking on the beautiful streets of Paris we would go back, shower, relax and then grab a bottle of champagne and go to the Eiffel Tower as you can sit down at the stairs, listening to live music overlooking at the tower. This is our first time here and we will definitely go back with our families to the same hotel. The breakfast was amazing with simple things that we all love: great assortment of cheese, plain and chocolate croissants, yogurt, eggs, orange juice, amazing coffee, I miss that so much. The staff are nice and always smiling and willing to help. The shower was great and so the beds. Also, they are 2-3 min from a nice mall which has a supermarket (Metropix) underground so we were able to save on food right there. Right at the corner of the hotel there is a great and affordable place to eat super recommend (their salmon is to die for and only paid EUR 19). We could also see the Eiffel Tower from our room. Merci Passy Eiffel e a bientot.

After reading so many positive reviews about this hotel I decided to book for my 2 nights stay in Paris. I was really excited because I had read this hotel had a wonderful view on the Eiffel Tower and was very close to the centre. When I got there I was asked to pay straight away without even seeing the room, which in true fairness was ok to me considering I had booked with the option pay at the property. The room was clean but very small and what they call view of the tower is in reality a very small portion of the tower you can only if you really push your head out of the window. Minibar was empty and hair dryer did not work. This is the first place I have visited that did not even have a toilet brush in the toilet. But the true problem was when we came back after having visited the city at night and realised that the heater was not working. I called the reception and was told that " no its not possible the heater is working ". I explained them that it was not, but they told me they did not have any maintenance person ( odd, all hotels I have been always have somebody ). I went downstairs and was told to take a picture of the instructions of the heater.. The receptionist insisted saying that there was a remote control but in reality the heater has only a fix panel and i had been trying to switch it on for the past hour without success. I went back to the reception and explained to the man that there was no remote control and i could not sleep at night without the heater. His answer was "what do you want me to do ? " and "there is nothing I can do ". I said that he had to find a solution and he said he was going to get me an heater so he disappeared and come back after about 10 minutes saying that there was no heater because they maybe gave it to another room ( sign that maybe heater was not working in other rooms either). I was quite frustrated at this point because I wanted to go to sleep and this person had shown no interest to find a solution. The receptionist finally decided to come have a look in the room, he confirmed the heater was not working but said " the room is warm ". as if he had the right to decide for me. When me and my partner said that we were not happy about this as the room was quite expensive for one night, he quickly opened the door and left saying again there was nothing he could do for us, He never came back as a result we had a very unpleasant night and the room was not very warm at all. The following morning I explained what happened and again the lady listened to me with total disinterest saying that there was central heater and in reality it was warm, In all years I have visited hotels I have never had such a bad experience. They could have shown some more interest by giving us a duvet cover ( the room only had sheets on the bed) or refunding part of the money for the night that went so bad. This place has so many good reviews, but I want to warn everybody please stay away this is a terrible place and there are many other better and less expensive hotels around

Dear DanielamS5458QL We thank you for taking time to share your feelings during your stay. When you want to be trusted, be honest". Your version of your" tragic" stay in our hotel is very funny. When you pay for a standard room, generally, you get a standard room, the description size, equipments and options of your stay are mentioned in your confirmation. There is no mention of any room with a view on the full Eiffel Tower but room facing Passy street or facing our courtyard on any websites. If something is wrong with the room, we always try to find a solution in order to make our guest satisfied as you read it in our numerous comment. All our rooms have a mini bar, because of covid sanitary restrictions, we emptied them but left them on to give our guest the opportunity to get anything refresh if needed, we precise this point to all our customers on their arrival. In another hand, we provide a large choice of drinks with our honesty bar in our lounge available at any time. Coming back to the problem of the heating, you came to the lobby at a rush time and the night auditor is alone and cannot leave his office easily, that's why he allows you to have a photo of the remote control in order to check if heating was ok. meanwhile he called his colleague to ask about an auxiliary heating in order to troubleshoot ( we have one for 49 rooms, which a sign that we don't have problems with heating) his colleague also told him that room 43 heating could be checked on a board in the office, that is why he told you that for him the heating was ok. As he did not find the auxiliary heating, he closed the entrance door and got to the room, where the heater displays 28 degree, your husband was in short and short sleeves and the first thing that he asked for was to be refunded , this attitude denotes a bad faith and a strange way of claiming. Upon departure I was at the reception desk and I remember you very well complaining about the heating and the way the night staff answered you. I listened to you attentively and answered you that on our side we had no tecnical problem with our heating system and I did apologize about the bad feeling you had the night before when my colleage answered you. I do assure you that it is not our way of being with our guest, the best proof are our numerous positive comments, as our first care is to make our guest feel like at home. Best regards

Great hotel!!! The best hotel we could have booked. Located in a safe neighborhood, close to boulangeries, restaurants, Trocadero, Tour Eiffel, Passy Metro Station, FranPrix (minimarket).
For breakfast they served the BEST CROISSANTS in all Paris, good quality cheeses, hams and other goodies. The staff was friendly, kind and helpfull, always made us feel welcome and taken care off.
The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, great beds and had windows that you could open to let the fresh air come in. We would choose Passy Eiffel Hotel over and over again!!!

The hotel is situated in a very lovely area with lot of shops nearby and beautiful houses. When checking in the receptionist was not clear about breakfast not included in the price, which only came out when checking out. This was very disappointing that no one disclosed that to us. The hotels public areas were lovely decorated and nice, especially the small bar at the lobby. The room was very humid and we did not have a good view, there was a homeless person across the street and we had a room from the second floor so we heard a lot of commotion at night. Also as we were 2 friends traveling we wanted to have 2 blankets and it took 4 requests to get one for the other person which was quite frustrating. The glasses in the room were a bit dirty. Overall the hotel was OK but definitely would not go again with that price and no breakfast included. Was very exited from the pictures but not so much after this ordeal.

Hotel Passy Eiffel is well located in the Passy district of Paris. It is only moments from the Passy metro station and short walk from the Seine River, Eiffel tower, Jardins du Trocadéro and Palais de Chaillot.
The room was comfortable and well appointed. The functioning French balcony allowing plenty of fresh air to circulate through the room.
The shower had plenty of hot water with a strong flow for a relaxing wash after a long day of exploring the city.
The breakfast room was well stocked with cereal, pastries and fruit each morning, the sunroom warm and inviting during the day and the honesty bar provided the perfect place to for a quick drink in the afternoon.
Plenty of restaurants nearby such as Le Passy and Le Franklin provide reasonably priced meals at night and there are several bakeries nearby if your preference is a quick bite on the run. Big name stores also line Rue de Passy for some retail therapy.
The staff are very friendly and more than patient with English speakers who know no, or little, French. Although it is always polite to be able to at least say hello and thank you in the native language regardless.
My wife and I spent 3 nights here for our first visit to Paris recently while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and we will be making Hotel Passy Eiffel our first choice when we next get the opportunity to visit again.

My spouse and I came here for our anniversary trip, and it took us a while to find a hotel that was reasonable for our budget, but also nice and centrally located. I'm happy to say that this hotel hit that perfect sweet spot! I'm sure you can imagine my excitement when we got to room 21 and realized our room had 2 french balcony windows with a view of the top of the Eiffel tower! The location was great - about a 2-minute walk to the metro and about a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel tower. There were many shops, bakeries, and restaurants close by, and we had a very smooth experience checking in and out (booked through Expedia). The decor was fun and fresh, and while it could feel a bit small in the elevator and halls, I felt that added to this boutique hotel's charm and I felt the room was a good size. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities you would expect as well. After a wonderful week in Paris, I can't wait to come back, and I would definitely stay here again!

Room rate was quite expensive but I had to accept because accomodations in Paris is generally expensive. (especially the room rates in Paris during our stay was exceptionally expensive). However, the room I stayed was small but cozy and clean(single room). The room was cleaned everyday and staffs were all very kind. However, there were no refrigerator in my room. I heard that my colleague who stayed in classic double room had fridge in his room. Breakfast was very nice, although it was not so fancy, I really enjoyed it(I had breakfasts everyday - three days). It was very close to Eiffel and I could see the Eiffel tower from my room. Although my room was on the street side outside noises never disturbed me because it was located in a quiet area. It was a good choice for my business trip.

This was our first time in Paris. We booked with this hotel based on the location, price, and reviews. The staff were very friendly and accommodated our early check in. The location was great - only a 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and felt very safe. There was a very nice pastry shop/bakery 2 doors down where we grabbed a cappuccino and croissant each morning as we headed out for the day. Rooms were small compared to in the US but had plenty of space for 2 people. Most importantly it was very clean - we searched thoroughly and never saw any signs of bed bugs. Overall we had a wonderful experience at the Passy Eiffel Hotel!

Hello,
There is a tour bus stop close to the Hotel . Either at the Trocadero square or at the Eiffel tower. Both are 5 minutes walk.
Regards
Yes they do, but it is less expensive to get a taxi at a flat rate of 53 euros.
Sorry no Idea, we didn't use the safe. We had 2 laptops openly in the room and had no problem.
