Neighborhood
Montparnasse
The namesake tower of Montparnasse dominates over the landscape but the fun part is the throbbing life that goes on below it. Bright lights, busy cinemas, brasseries and diners encompass hidden museums and parks to entertain the masses. Long avenues lead away from the tower to take you to unsuspecting places and historical monuments and treasures. In between lie adorable ivy-covered houses with beams and small gardens to match. Just a short metro ride away from the center of Paris this neighborhood has something for every hour of the day.

We recently stayed here, and we were a bit unsure before arriving, how it would be! We were greeted warmly, and treated with the kindest respect even though I know we looked worse for wear when we walked in! 😂 Long flight + rain + train +rain +metro + getting lost to find the

My second time staying here. The hotel has undergone renovation and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Friendly front desk staff. Plentiful breakfast. Conveniently located near metro station. Markets, patisserie, boulangerie and creperies are all within a 5 minute walk. Highly

I stayed at this place about five years ago, and can definitely say that it is on decline. What remains good about the hotel is - the location - easy access from the Charles de Gaulle airport by train, a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood; - rooms that are sufficiently

Dear Guest First of all, we thank you for your review. You have rightly pointed in the negative part that the towel-heater does not work, this was our priority for January 2019! We are now almost done changing them all! Very soon you will be able to see the new photos in our web site! About the amenities in the bathroom, the shower gel, shampoo and the soap are hung in large containers on the walls in order to reduce plastic waste and reduce pollution. Only the hand cream, shower cup and vanity set are in small containers. We are still looking for a solution to reduce also the environmental impact. We are really sorry that you did not found any cheese on our buffet, we usually have 4 type of cheeses, 3 type of meat, boiled and scrambled eggs, different kind of bread and of course “croissants et pains au chocolat”. We are in France! Perhaps you went down after breakfast time service? We would be delighted to welcome you again (maybe with Madam…) to make you discover our new bathrooms and change your mind! PS: If you wish, send us your mail address so we can send you some pictures of the new bathrooms and towel-heater! Best regards and best wishes for the New Year! Royal’s Team

My brother and I decided to take a trip across Europe and we were very unsure of the culture change. When we arrived at the Hotel, we were welcomed by the concierge as if we were family. Latrice gave us the insides and outsides of things to view in Paris. She was by far one of

Dear Brothers, it was a great pleasure to welcome you at our hotel. We will all miss you. It was a lot of fun to follow your discovery trajectory in Paris. We were very pleased to hear that our breakfast was satisfactory and that our facilities were as comfortable as expected. About our location, in fact, we have a good diversity of public transport around and many tourist spots a few minutes walking far from our hotel and we are happy to realize that you have managed well your time to visit everything you wanted in Paris. All our team are sending you a big thanks for the time you had spent to give your opinion and Leticia also sends a hello to the gentle brothers from Wisconsin! We all look forward to welcoming you on your next trip to Paris!

THE perfect location. Seriously! You can walk to half the attractions from this quaint and very cozy hotel. Rooms are a little small, but they're for sleeping, so its doable. Bathroom and shower were fine. My daughter and I had single beds sort of pushed together in the room-it

Yes it does but it is rather small, two people without luggage or maybe three very thin people without luggage. With luggage, only one person at a time.

There is a little bar fridge where we stored milk and a small amount of food we accumulated. The Nespresso and tea making facilities are downstairs. It is an excellent hotel.

I am sure this is too late for question but we always take the RER and get off at Port Royal --- about a 10 minute walk from there to hotel. We are in our 70s and can manage luggage, etc. without problem.
