We have stayed here since 2010! We always book directly with the hotel and get quick responses. The facility is super clean, nice sized rooms and bathrooms, good a/c, and nice breakfast facility. Fiona was very helpful in making dinner reservations.
This hotel should be 4 stars. Underrated and an absolute gem!! We changed our stay to this property after we arrived in Paris. The staff and the property were all amazing! It’s also next door to an amazing Italian restaurant that was literally the best food and nicest service. This is a 4 star hotel if not 5. Spacious, comfortable and modern. We recommend!
Stayed here for 3 nights and and had a good experience. Our viewpoint of hotels in touristy places is we are not going to be in our room much, so we don't expect expansive suites, rather rooms that provide a good place to sleep and wash up for the day's activities. This hotel provided all that just-right. We included breakfast in our stay which was very convenient. Breakfast was low-key, with plenty of pastry, some cold-cut meats, cereal and whole fruit. Coffee (Nespresso) and tea are available 24/7. The room was comfortable and quiet, even thought we were on a major street. The main positive for the hotel is it is in a good location. We were within a 45 min walk of the Eiffel Tower. As an American tourist the staff was very friendly. When it came time to get a Covid test for a return trip, a pharmacy 1/2 block away provided the test for ~20 Euro's.…
Clean, relatively spacious room, very kind personnel, value for money in a very good quarter near Montparnasse. Well connected with public transport. Ask for a room at the backside to have a good sleep
This property is A terrific 3 star gem in a lovely residential area of Paris. Close to w Metro stops, the Luxemburg Gardens and a 25 minute to the Seine. In addition, there are plenty of caves, restaurants and bistros within a block. Breakfast was very good with ample choices of meats, cheese, coffee, breads and pastries. Although it was the same each morning, it was perfectly satisfying. The room was ample for two as well as the bathroom. Very clean and recently updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this property completely.
I stayed at this hotel for a few days It was clean and comfortable Beautiful lobby and breakfast room The staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was repeatedly but it was ok Very small elevator Overall I liked the hotel Maybe I chose this hotel for the next trip to Paris
This was our second stay here and was every bit as enjoyable as our stay two years ago. We were welcomed by Fiona at the front desk who graciously helped us change rooms to one with a view more to our liking. All through our two week stay she and the rest of the staff did a great job. The house-keeping and cleanliness was excellent. This hotel is small enough to be personable, but has a nice lobby area for sitting and resting. The lobby and breakfast area was well-appointed. Some other smaller hotels lack a decent lobby. It is in a great location and very convenient to the Metro as well as the train service to the airport. The breakfast was OK, but more variety would have been welcomed. We will stay here again on our next adventure to Paris.
Stay away! Terrible experience! I checked in and out today. I received the key of a room that is supposed to be clean and ready for a new guest but instead there was garbage in the room, an open bottle of wine and dirty glasses. The gentleman at the front desk was very unpleasant, did not take responsibility or action. He did not want to give his name or the name of the person responsible. With so many great options in the city do not waste your time in this place that pretends to provide service.
This hotel was fabulous! The rooms was so big for Paris and modern beautifully styled. Breakfast perfect and staff so friendly. Highly recommend everything from start to finish was just a pleasure and the location is a great base to explore Paris without the noise of the Metro
Le Royal it is a lovely boutique hotel that my 17 year old and I spent a week vacationing after France open its borders to tourists. We were so lucky to have found this wonderful gem. Well located, close to main attractions, great restaurants and very important to us, extremely clean. Modern and comfortable, the hotel offers all key amenities needed for you to relax after enjoying your time exploring Paris. What makes this place extra special, is the personal human touch. Mr Roushdi has been working for the hotel for 20 years and treated us like family. He even prepared breakfast earlier before we left for the airport (5am!) and got us ready to go. Merci to all the staff and looking forward to seeing you again perhaps later in the Fall. Carita Izzo
