Looking for a place to stay in Paris? Then look no further than :The Petit Beaumarchais Hotel & Spa, located in the heart of historic Paris, a few steps from Place des Vosges and Place de la Bastille, is a charming, comfortable and warm place to come and sleep and relax. A place where people come easily and with pleasure, a bit like spending the night with friends. Quite simply, a place where you feel good. We have therefore imagined the hotel as a large, welcoming and lively house: you can come and drink your coffee on the bar island, organize a professional meeting in the living rooms, read a book in the library or relax at the spa. All the rooms are tastefully decorated, every detail has been thought out and redesigned to find the right balance between a pretty decoration and the essential comfort of a hotel. The colors of our rooms are carefully chosen by our decorator, a painter by training, to create a soft and warm atmosphere in each room Every morning, our guest can taste our delicious pastries: croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh breads… … a real treat Coffee, tea, freshly squeezed fruit juice, cakes, cereals, yogurts, dried fruits… On the savory side, a selection of quality cheese and cold meats. After a long day of work or a visit, you can privately take advantage of our Spa area to relax in the Flotarium / Sauna or have a massage treatment by an approved practitioner according to their choice. Our guests can also take advantage of our Bar to enjoy our house cocktails or other drinks with friends and to accompany your glasses, a selection of very simple but very good products, chosen from small producers For those interested in checking out popular landmarks while visiting Paris, Le Petit Beaumarchais Hotel, is located a short distance from Louvre Museum (1.6 mi) and Palais Garnier - Opéra National de Paris (2.1 mi). While visiting Paris, you may want to try some dumplings at one of the nearby restaurants, such as L'Arpege, Ze Kitchen Galerie, or Raviolis Chinois Nord Est. If you’re looking for something to do, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris (0.9 mi), Le Marais (0.4 mi), and Latin Quarter (1.2 mi) are a nice way to spend some time, and they are all within walking distance from our Hotel. We hope and would be grateful if you shared and told others about this lovely small hotel where you spent the night if you enjoyed your experience with us

Lovely little hotel in a really easy location to walk to the metro, river and loads of great restaurants surrounding it. Rooms quite small but very well equipped clean. We had a problem with the shower not draining one night but in 5 mins they had a maintenance man come and sort it, very responsive! Spa is such a nice free extra. Bar is lovely, breakfast is great. Would really recommend this hotel, great value for money

Doesn’t look much on the outside but the inside is 6 stars, looks can be deceiving. Service is amazing, room was adequate for 2 of us for 4 nights. Nicely located near the new opera house and train is only meters away. Plus a treat to the spa, amazing!

Our stay was amazing. Hotel was in a great location away from the hustle and bustle. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s amenities and facilities. The only thing we did not enjoy was the bathroom shower. The shower head could not handle the strong water pressure which caused water to spray everywhere. The bathtub is also too high. Overall a great stay!

I really liked this place a lot until a shower door exploded on me in the spa. I was not badly hurt, though I was covered in shattered glass and bleeding. The young woman on duty responded quickly (terrified) and brought me a first aid kit to my room as I asked. After that, radio silence. No-one checked on me, no-one from management contacted me about what had happened. I was shaken enough to go to the bar and order a glass of wine. When I checked out next morning, I asked the man on duty to take it off my bill, they owed me at least a glass of wine after that. He shrugged, then ridiculed my French. He could not have been more unpleasant. When I reached out to the management about my accident, they at first tried to blame ME for forcing the door and said they'd normally bill the client 500 Euros. I am 5'3' and weigh 106 pounds. I could hardly have exerted enough force to explode a glass shower door. When I suggested that any self-respecting hotel would be concerned I might be hurt, or even sue them, and would at least offer me a free night, they begrudgingly offered me a discount next time I come. I eventually got the attention of the actual manager, Feres, after several emails unsatisfactorily answered by "Management." He apologized and reiterated the discount and a free pass to the spa! (Ha!). He was well-intentioned, but they really need to up their game in terms of client relations.

Can't recommend this boutique hotel highly enough. We unfortunately had an issue during our time in Paris when we got fined by RATP at a station. Once back at the hotel, the wonderful reception manager wrote a letter to contest the fine on our behalf and took photocopies of supporting evidence. Due to his efforts we did infact receive a reimbursement from RATP. This aside, the hotel itself is very warm and inviting and the spa below is a bonus! I would suggest booking this for the afternoon you have arrived and before a meal out. Great location too - just seconds from the Metro.

We were a family of three and needed multiple beds in a good location at a reasonable price which was not easy to find in Paris over Christmas. We were fortunate to stay at this hotel. There was a very small elevator but a person needed to walk 4 stair steps to gain access to the elevator. The receptionist was very helpful in assisting if needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and were upgraded to a family room which provided more square footage. We did miss having a refrigerator and a box of kleenex. Breakfast was 18 euros per person and was not worth the price. There are quite a few restaurants in the area but during Christmas Day many were closed.

From start to finish this hotel was absolute perfection! Easy to locate from any of the exits at Bastille Metro, but Exit number 9 was the closest. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly lady (sadly did not get her name). My partner was wished a happy birthday and we had a lovely note in our room to say the say the same. We were given an upgrade, which was very much appreciated. We had room 303. Immaculately clean and well presented with all the regular amenities (kettle, tea, chocolates, area guide, cocktail menu) . Hangers, shelves and space to store clothes and suitcases etc. Amazingly large bed - comfortable too. Typical Parisian balcony window (just what I wished for) with a lovely view of trees over the busy street. Considering it was a busy street it didn't disrupt our sleep. The shower worked well. A little slow to warm up, but not an issue after that. All the bathroom amenities were provided (shower cap, cotton buds, soap etc.) We had a slot at the Flotilla and spa. This was FANTASTIC!! So chilled, so quiet, so relaxing! Could have happily stayed in there for hours. Sauna was perfectly hot! Herbal tea and water provided. Towel was provided (although you went down in your robes and slippers - provided for by the hotel). It was all clean and well kept. The Bar!! Oh the Bar! Quintessentially Parisian. The barman, again, sadly I did not get his name, was very friendly and very knowledgeable on all of the drinks. Very efficient. It had a such a lovely vibe to it. So nice to sit and chill after a day of walking none stop round the sights of Paris. Normally at the end of a holiday I am ready to go home. However, after staying in Paris at this hotel I was terribly reluctant to leave!! We investigated the area on our last day and wished we had done it on day one! It's a special little area with lots to see! Would recommend this hotel to anyone! 11/10. Thank you for making a wonderful trip to Paris even more special! Ps... Paris top tips :) Get the Metro! Ridiculously efficient. Never wait longer than 3 minutes for one. They can get busy, but you can always wait for the next one as it wont be long! Check your zones and get a day pass. Also, some of the local bakeries are cheap and cheerful. Watch out for cyclists, some of them do not stop for anyone haha!

My daughter and I stayed here two years ago, we loved it and it was our first choice when we booked our Paris trip. A lot was still as great as we remembered - the spa is lovely, the bar team is top notch, location is convenient, bed very comfortable. Unfortunately the desk and service just wasn’t the same hospitality we loved from before and we found them overall very unhelpful. A few things that made our stay just average: *Asked over a month ago for help booking at a restaurant during our stay, we’re told it was “impossible, the restaurant never answers their phone”, yet when we arrived in Paris I called and we booked on our first attempt. And, upon dining at the restaurant, we discovered from other diners that most of their reservations were booked by their hotels. *Asked for help cancelling a reservation at another restaurant, were told “impossible, the restaurant isn’t answering”. So I then called from my cellphone to try, and got through on my first attempt. (We asked for help with both of these simply because my French is not great) *My daughter’s umbrella was stolen from outside of our room, not necessarily the hotels fault, but when I brought it to their attention they couldn’t care less. It was an umbrella we purchased ourselves. And also left us feeling a bit uneasy - who steals a child’s heart-shaped umbrella? *Arrived early for our check-in, and understanding that is completely on us, my daughter is only 7 and I asked if there was anything that they could do. “Yes, no problem we can have your room ready in 30 minutes”. We were so grateful after a 10 hour flight. But, we waited in the lobby for TWO hours instead. Again, understanding it is on us for arriving early we would have gone for a walk or something if we knew it would be two hours. No offer to have a coffee, a water, breakfast - nothing. We kept being told “soon”, so we didn’t go anywhere. It wasn’t until a man who seemed like the Hotel Manager stepped in (and we recognized from last time), that there was any urgency to get us in. Overall it just wasn’t the same feeling as before. The desk staff has seemingly changed and these things are unfortunately happening in the hospitality industry these days. But likely next trip we will book elsewhere.

If you are looking for a unique hotel that treats customers as valued guests, this is your place. Every little detail is in place at this hotel, with very comfortable and equipped rooms, great food served, and a bar where the bartender is ready to mix your own personalised drink, if that is what you are up for. Located in less than a minute from the Bastille metro, you can enjoy the sunsrise (or sunset) from your room dancing on some of the most iconic buildings of the city. A true gem.

Now, one could say that the front of the hotel, with the entrance, the reception area and the small bar is way nicer than the rooms, that the rooms lack a bit of decoration, design, a contemporary human touch, that it would be practical to have a place to hang a coat, somewhere, anywhere, and that sanitary products like toilet paper, soap and shampoo (both not very good by the way) should not be treated like if it were a super rare commodity, like a mix of dust from moon rocks and really old spices imported by Colombus himself, I mean, there should just be enough of it in the room so that you would not need to call the front desk for a roll of paper or a piece of soap. BUT, on the other hand, what really matters when you are visiting Paris, is the fact that the hotel is super well situated, that the rooms are very clean, that the beds are very good and that the staff is very, very friendly. That is what matters. No more to say.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for your comments on our hotel during your last stay. Your remarks are very important for us, this help us to improve our service. I regret that you didn't appreciate the decoration of the rooms. Usually everyone loves the room decoration, the comtemporary style, every detail has been thought out and redesigned to find the right balance between a pretty decoration and the essential comfort of the room. The colors of our rooms are carefully chosen by our decorator, a painter by training, to create a soft and warm atmosphere in each room. Anyway, you are right, we should add some more hanger. About the amenities, we are especially using the brand of NUXE products, which is normally appreciated by our customers. However, we are glad that you liked the location of the hotel, the cleanness of the rooms and the kindness of our staff. Thank you for your visit and we will be very happy to welcome you again during your next visit. So see you soon. Thanks and Best Regards The Hotel Management
