Amazing boutique hotel in Paris; location is within walking distance to Metro stations, good restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. The staff was always helpful with suggestions and assistance in anything my daughter and I needed. Room and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed; air conditioning was wonderful add-on. I strongly recommend the Hotel Le Marquis (Tour Eiffel) and will not hesitate to book it again.

I was very happy I chose this hotel. Great, quiet and safe location just a few minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will recommend to others I know who will be staying in Paris and would stay again if I visit Paris in the future.

A chic hotel with excellent customer service, large rooms (for Paris!), and amazing location. The Eiffel Tower, restaurants, grocery stores, and laundromat are all very close by as well. Top that off with 2 resident birds and you have a luxurious and unique stay!

Stay here only if you want to stay close to the eiffel.. this hotel os expensive but basic service.. not a value for money.. small room small washroom and very average breakfast no complimentary water bottles and there is no human touch .. as if the hotel is doing a favour to us by allowing us to stay .. overall a bad experience except the location

However, we're sorry to hear that you found the hotel to be basic in terms of service and amenities. We constantly aim to improve and provide a more enjoyable experience for our guests. Regarding the room size and bathroom, we understand that personal preferences may vary, and we apologize if they did not meet your expectations. There are no surprise our room are from 17m² to 23m², 5* hotels offer larger room. We value your feedback and will take it into consideration to enhance our offerings. However please note that you have had complimentary still and sparkling water for every day of your stay. We offer cans of Ocean 22, which donates some of the proceeds to saving the oceans. Every day, if you use it, it is replaced. A handwritten note was waiting for you on your bed, along with a sweet treat. We are very sad that you did not enjoy it. Hotel Le Marquis was a very pleasant place to stay. It was in a the perfect location to go sight-seeing and be able to walk to most destinations. The hotel was kept very clean and maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They definitely went out of their way to make our stay extra special, and it was much appreciated.

Lots of eateries around the area. Easy walking distance to Eiffel Tower and metros. Quiet neighborhood.There are supermarkets across the street, a Boulanger and Bouchers right beside the hotel. Try the roasted chicken with fries at the Les Presley restaurant at Rue de Presley just around the corner, the servers are friendly.
