Excellent stay. Location was superb, easy access to train, bus and walkable distance to all attractions. Quiet area, comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast had a wide variety and the staff were very friendly. All staff were friendly and helpful, from late check in to baggage storage and organising a taxi. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Location, location, location - this hotel is just perfect for taking walking tours to different tourist destinations as well as access to the metro that gets you everywhere fast. Rooms and breakfast were great and service by staff was exceptional. Will definitely stay again when we go back
What an amazing experience. The room was great clean from top to bottom. 15mins walk to all the marjor stores. 10 mins by taxi to the Eieffel tower The guest service staff Alain and Mehdi...5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️
Such a welcoming hotel in vibe, decor and people! Room was just a tad on the small side but was beautiful in all other aspects! Bed was soooo comfy! I have to say how friendly and helpful all the staff were particularly at reception and at breakfast! The only small issue was that the bar was closed while we were there.
This hotel was such a gem. We stayed there for 6 days and had a lovely trip. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in such an incredible location - just a few steps away from the Arc de Triomphe and two different metro lines. It was very accessible and in a safe area. The room was cleaned every single day, and our room was even available for early check-in. The best part of our experience was working with Angele at the front desk. She was so kind, patient, and helpful. She answered all of our questions and helped us manage our days. She is definitely the best asset of this hotel! Unfortunately, we did not have this experience with another front desk woman at the hotel on the day that Angele was not there. But nonetheless, we were so pleased with her help that we are still giving her full stars for service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends!…
stayed in what was rather low saeson but services were well below standards; room was still uncleaned at 5 PM, airconditioning not working (twice technicians came ti "repair" it but with no success, reception when asked to book a cab gave an extraordinary reply "impossible because there was a taxi strike"... obviously there was no strike as a friend booked through his G7 app a cab!
This review is written with mixed feelings. I booked this hotel over 7 weeks before my travel and when I arrived the room was not what I expected for a 4 star hotel in Paris. The rug was ripped and The room was tiny! So small that we couldn’t fit 2 large suitcases on the floor. We had to take turns to move around the room. I called the front desk to ask for a bigger room and they said they didn’t have anything for that night, to call in the morning for availability. Later that night I returned to the room and wanted to watch TV. the tv was not working and I called the front desk and the person in charge came to the room and tried to fix it without success. He was very kind and apologetic. At this point my mom was very upset and told the person that we would leave, ask for a refund and find another place. He said he could offer a bigger room for that night but that we had to leave in the morning back to our old room because it was booked. I declined the offer, too much hassle for one night. ( this was also contrary to what the earlier person said, because she said nothing was available for that day) He left the room and called back 5 minutes later to offer us a bigger room for the duration of our stay after he spoke to the hotel manager. At the end the issue was resolved and I’m thankful for that, but we were ready to leave the property and then is when the issue was resolved.…
From start to finish are stay in this little gem of a hotel was just perfect. The staff were so friendly gave us a warm welcome - even provided us with a what's app helpline incase we got lost or needed any help. Our room was clean, comfortable and beautiful - we had the cutest little balcony and it was great sitting there with a drink. The breakfast was so so good - really good food and coffee - we loved the breakfast - it was my husbands birthday while we were there - Virginia - who is the nicest woman ever heard me singing happy birthday and came over with a slice of cake and a candle and sang to him - it was such a lovely thing to do. We later got back to our room and they had left a note, wine, nuts and pate - my husband was delighted. honestly couldn't recommend this hotel enough, It made our trip to paris magical :)…
