Situated in the 9th arr. between Montmartre and opera. this hotel is about 400m from the metro, about 10 min from gallery Lafayette, and is surrounded by many restaurants. Rooms are small clean and comfortable. Decor pretty basic. Staff at desk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasty and plentiful.

As this was our first time in Paris, we didn't know much about the city or where to stay but we chose this hotel from its reviews - and we were not disappointed! First off, the rooms may seem a bit small but keep in mind that it's located in an older building. There's a really nice bed and nice...

I booked after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. To summarise, the location is very good, although the traffic outside is noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is reasonable. However the rooms are basic, mine being a single was also small. The shower leaks over the floor. For a 2-star it is fine but don't expect luxury.

This hotel is in the 9th arrondisement of Paris. It is between Sacre Coeur and l'Opera. So you can walk everywhere from this hotel. There are 2 metro stations nearby for those who prefer public transportation. The hotel is in a nice and friendly neighbourhood. Rooms are perfectly clean, but simple and a bit worn. The bed is perfect! Staff...

Friendly, helpful staff and a great location made this hotel perfect for our brief visit to Paris. Even before we arrived, the hotel contacted us to ensure all our needs would be met. Room was small but perfectly clean and well equipped. Staff were always ready to help with arrangements and offer advice. Only negative was the street noise.

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
