The France Albion Hotel is superbly located for a Parisian visit. Metro line 12 crosses Paris from north to south, with the business areas of Paris - Porte de Versailles, Gare Saint Lazare, La Defense - on one side, and on the other side is Tourist Paris: Opera, Madeleine, Concorde, Musee d'Orsay, Jardins du Louvre, Champs Elysees… Sports enthusiasts are not forgotten: The Stade de France is 20 minutes with the RER B or D from North Station. The Parc des Princes is 40 minutes with line 9 (direct). In an ideal position less than 20 minutes from the main Paris stations: Gare du Nord by bus n° 43, line 7 for the Gare de l'Est, line 12 for Montparnasse and line 14 to the Madeleine for Gare de Lyon. The Paris airports are within easy reach: The Roissy bus from Opera or the RER from Gare du Nord will take you to Roissy / Charles de Gaulle, whilst for Orly, take the Air France Cars shuttle from Montparnasse on line 12, or the RER from Gare de Nord. We can also provide private airport shuttle transfer in either direction on request.

You can feel as if you are living in the city of Paris. there are many interesting restaurants, bars and shops for daily life surrounding the hotel which I appreciate for my stay in Paris. Not far from the metro (subway) station A Single Room is very small due to the low budget hotel but its floor and other interior equipments are clean and makes you confortable. No rating for breakfast which I did not take.

Cool decor, surprisingly spacious for Paris. Good location close to 2 different metro stops, and heaps of shops and cafes and restaurants. A little part a quick walk away as well.
Only criticism would be that if you go down later at breakfast, it's empty and doesn't seem to be much, the days we went down early were better. Always always had to ask for coffee for our room, never got replenished which I find annoying, it's the small stuff! Coffee at breakfast was either wait till the girl asks you, or grab a Nespresso style on own, but that's fine. The girl doing breakfast seems to do housekeeping as well, and looked like she worked A LoT, we constantly saw her through our 5 nights here.
Room was lovely, staff were lovely old school drop the key at the desk when you go out. All spoke English well if you needed. Overall, would stay again and would recommend. Cheers!

This hotel was quite convenient for a stay after arriving at Orly airport (i.e. you can take the bus from airport to Montparnasse, then transfer to the 12 line to the Saint George station, and the hotel is just half a block when you exit). There's also a Carrefour supermarche across the street where you can get fresh orange juice and other groceries, besides some small restaurants nearby if you were so inclined. It was a great location to go pretty much anywhere on the metro lines.

The room itself was "European sized", which was fine since I only had carry-on luggage, but would probably be very tight if you had any other large suitcases. Also, it can get a bit stuffy in the room, even with the air conditioner, which wasn't very strong, so I would need to air out the room by opening the windows. Shower stall was also "cozy". All in all, it was fine for short stay. Friendly receptionists.

Having visited Paris many times before I know the areas I want to visit and the areas to stay that best suit my budget. Hotel France Albion is in a great location in Saint George as it’s close to two metro lines 12 and 7. These are ideal for getting you around Paris and linking to other lines. The hotel is also in walking distance of some amazing sights such as Opera, Louvre and Monmartre. The staff are such beautifully friendly people and so welcoming and attentive. The owner Fabienne is very thorough and wants to ensure you enjoy your stay. The hotel itself is clean and has what I needed for my stay. A smart en-suite double room with air-con (very welcome as it was a hot week). Tea and coffee and a safe. The hotel also has a lift to six floors which was great. Neat, clean and friendly in a great location. Everything I needed from a hotel as when in Paris I don’t expect to spend my time in the hotel but appreciate somewhere comfortable to return to after exploring. There are also so fantastic restaurants and bars within 2-5 walk of the hotel. For me it was perfect and I would definitely stay again.

High recommended place to stay in Paris, great location easy going on tube to others places also easy to walking from Gare Du Nord Station.
Great welcome staff and great atmosphere in the hotel. On Sundays there is a small street market opposite road, perfect walking romantic Sunday morning.

I stayed here over the weekend for the England v France rugby match with friends and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were lovely and the rooms exceedingly clean and comfortable. We had breakfast each morning and there was a plentiful supply of hot and cold options. Would really recommend a stay here as very good value for money.

Good value hotel, nice location close to many business and important avenues. Rooms are very small and well maintained, but I can recommend only for solo travel and not families. Breakfast is fine if you want a good variety. There is an unresolved billing situation where they charged me for an extra breakfast, so I cannot give them the best rating. Caution to always check your hotel bill (as with any hotel)!

Staff was knowledgeable, polite and attentive. Rooms were basic but clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast has full hot eggs potato meat and rolls meat cheese yogurt and cereal, close to metro 1.5 blocks, wifi was strong, business area. Just wonderful. Would go back again. English was spojen.

The staff were great and friendly and very helpful for someone who was visiting France/Paris for the first time with very limited French. Location is really good in my opinion, very walkable (around 20 mins) to some great attractions and areas (Louvre, Montmartre) as well as to the metro for anything further. The room was perfect for me, very clean and had all the amenities I needed as a homebase to return to after exploring. Room cleaning was done daily without issue. Breakfast buffet was a good value with a good selection of meats, breads, pastries, cereals, fruit juices, coffee, and more. I would stay here again for my next Paris trip.

Really good basic hotel - room was very clean and the bathroom was excellent with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable. The location is great - 2 minutes walk to the metro or a 20 minute walk to the Seine

15-20 minutes. Not too bad if you have something like backpack and suite case. More than that and it might be worth a taxi. I had a back pack and 25 inch spinner and was ok.
