The location is the by far the best thing about the hotel. It's very close to the underground and in the heart of St Germain. We walked to almost every major tourist attraction in town. I recommended it only for short trips when you want to see as much of the city and as little

Beware, doesn't look as good as the photos! In need of a renovation. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs especially on the weekend. Communication with the management was difficult and not so positive. Best thing about it was the location.

This is a small hotel in the heart of St. Germain. The location for the price of the hotel is unmatched. Yes the rooms are smallish, the hallways/stairs are tights, and there is some outside noise but this is Paris and if you stay here you are surrounded by night life and

I cannot comment on the quality of these apartments as I never got to stay there. I had booked an apartment in advance but there was a difficulty with my credit card, so I sent on details of my brother's card (as he was to stay with us) and contacted my bank to make sure that my

Is Residence Saint Sulpice still available as a vacation rental? I have not seen any availability.
Do these apartments have air-conditioning?
Hi there,I did not see any, as all the old buildings in Paris. In France, I only saw air conditioning on the south, like at Nice or Cannes, but not in Paris! that's crazy, but real, even in the metro there is no air conditioning on most of their lines! But as I said before, the location is soooo great, I really don't care about it :)

Exitos y buen viaje!

"Ask for a room on the inside/courtyard. Much quieter. Also, the elevator is about 2 square feet-- room enough for 1 person and 1 bag. Ask for a room on a lower floor and take the stairs."
"interior apartment facing lightshaft/puits de lumiere would be dark but quiet, noise for exterior apartment unbearable at night"
"Ask for a room on the lower levels, as stairs may be difficult to climb for some people."
"If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room on the backside of the building. And be prepared, for the smallest elevator ever!"
"Don't commit to a long stay if you don't have to this is the type of room that's not for everyone and there are SO many hotels within walking distance you can check out and negotiate a different room if you don't like it."
