Disgusting Hotel! If i knew what was waiting there i rather slept on The Street instead of this garbage. When i asked to bring someone for cleaning The room, The dirty service man yelled that i should be happy for what i got for The price i payed. He cursed in French even. What a shameful service. I left The... More

During my stay here, I faced a few problems such as the door not closing properly, the bathroom flooding into the corridor, no internet, and dirty bedding. I don't think the room was cleaned prior to check and the bathroom remained dirty for the duration of my stay. The location of the hotel is convenient for the metro lines, but... More

I've traveled in more than 30 countries and I was visiting Paris for the second time, time spent at this hotel was my worst experience ever. To cut a long story short, slept and woke up to discover my laptop bag that contains my mac book air, a mobile phone, digital camera and other valuables were missing. I searched the... More

Booked last minute, first room we had had a busted toilet. The services was crap, manager was rude and unhelpful - wanted to keep our room key every time we went out??? Breakfast was minimal and bread often hard. We couldn't wait to leave.

the best part is that the city is laid down just you step out the next street (on the corner) of the hotel. while you`re going to the hotel de ville or notre-dame or .... (about half hour on foot), you`ll be able to feel the real sensation of life in the quartier. staying in the quartier is a different... More

I stayed four nights here while in Paris. It is close to the transport lines and very convenient to get into the city centre. However, if you are looking for a super clean room this is not the hotel. The rooms are very small (not a huge issue) but when I walked into my room old towels were left around... More

nice clean , stylish look. very close to metro. well worth the money. when arrived toilet was't clean, but that's not hotels fault, cleaners not doing their job properly. very cheap wifi, unlimited access. will stay again.

To start with the description of the rooms is misleading. It says they have a bathroom but none of has.they simply has shower, sink and toilet in a very small space.i was very disappointed as I love to have a bath every other evening if not every day.i didn't expect that from two star hotel. the shower and the tap is too... This is a basic hotel with no frills but it was clean and comfortable and the reception area was smart and good humoured. I would certainly stay there again as it is so near to the centre of Paris and really after an exhausting day in Paris the room size or noise don't really matter.

Staying in Belleville / Pere Lachaise

Neighborhood Profile
Belleville / Pere Lachaise
At the eastern edge of Paris lies Belleville / Père Lachaise, an understated wonderland of local treasures. Alongside the world-famous cemetery, family-owned delicatessens and cafés nestle between local stores and establishments. The richness of the population here has created a little Chinatown of Asian restaurants, and the area comes to life at night by a funky underground scene. Façades change from one street to another as one passes from white walled provincial homes to tall blocks and reconverted homes. The whole area is an inspirational mix of people from all corners of the world frequented by artists, students, immigrants, and Parisian families. Once home to supporters of the Paris commune, its rebellious nature is now offset by its rural charms.
