We stayed 3 nights at La Demeure. Nice location, not too far from the main attractions in Paris. The room was newly renovated and at a reasonable size for beeing in Paris. Sleep quality was good. The breakfast on this hotell was very good with newly baked bread, homemade

A room so small, that you have trouble going around the bed, a tiny bathroom but very well equipped. The sauna does not have soap to wash before entering, the bathrobes were not there, and no relaxation room with loungers. The lunch buffet is plentiful. The staff is not terribly

Dear DamDuLux, Above all, I want to thank you for your sharing which helps us to constantly improve our service and customer welcome. And we would like to apologize for the desagrement at beakfast as it was holidays and all customers went at the breakfast at same time and we will improve the service regarding this matter. As per the room, all the size are on the web sites ans you probably know the rooms can be small in Paris, do not hesitate to book a superior room , they are larger with possibility to have shower or bathtub, they are very cosy. We hope you enjoyed our wellness center with our sauna and our shower experience that you had the chance to exhale. We once again sincerely apologize for the incovenience. Best regards, Roseline Rousseau General Manager

The hotel was easy to find (once you typed in the right address (my fault)) check-in went smooth, the staff was lovely and great at english. The room we got was very cozy, and nicely built, we really liked the fact that we had the toilet in one room and the shower in another.

Hi. We didn't have one in our junior suite. The reception staff were very helpful and responsive. I suggest you contact them directly and ask for one to be added to your room. If not, they do offer a laundry service which would be able to press items for you. Enjoy

Sorry, I can't help you all the rooms we had (4 of them) all had a double bed. In terms of view it will depend on the room. If you are on the front of the hotel you will have a view of a typical French boulevard. If your on the side you will still get a view but not quite as good. I am not aware of any balconies but that doesn't say there aren't any. What I can assure you is that the hotel staff are warm, helpful and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable!.

About 400 meters away there is a street of restaurants and some alfresco dining. Turn left after you leave hotel and look to the right about 100 meters up the road. Sorry can't remember specific names of streets
