Probably the best location vs value for money hotel in Paris for both sightseeing and shopping! Walking distance to luxury boutiques at rue fabourg st honore as well as closeby boulevard haussman for Printempts & Galeries Lafayette.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and very central (only 3 minute walk to subway) and not far to walk to Galleries La Fayette (10 minutes). Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights (march 16-19th). It was my first time in Paris, and we arrived at Charles DeGaulle airport and blindly took the Roissy bus into the city. The bus dropped us off at l'Opera and I was very happy to find that the hotel is situated a ten minute walk from stop. This...

My 17 yr old daughter and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Amarante. Having stayed in many other similar Parisian hotels, this one topped the lot. Walking back to the hotel late at night could have been a worry for us girls but we always felt safe. The room had everything we could possibly need, bathroom...

I have stayed here many times due to convenience and nothing more. The rooms are dark and gloomy - the closets need lighting. Staff are fairly friendly. Breakfast is wonderful - but then , this is Paris - home of good cooking!

I'm a female in 30's and just stayed for 4 nights with my boyfriend. I was a bit nervous having read the reviews but I have to say this hotel was quite pleasant. Undoubtedly the biggest plus is the location of the Hotel. It provides an excellent base for exploring all the usual attractions of Paris. The Madeleine area itself...

The staff was very friendly. The location could not be better, a few steps from Madeleine church close to Metro and Maison FAUCHON. It’s in the same building block as Hediard, one block from the best stores in Paris. I stayed in the first floor and slept with the windows open at night and heard no noise. Our room was...

My friend booked the room. Upon check in, I gave them my name to add as a registered guest. Unfortuneatly, it was not until the night before my departure, that I learnt that they did not have the ability to add a second name to the room, which explained why I did not recieve any of the calls I was...

I stayed here for 4 nights in mid-September during a week, when there were apparently many ongoing events (including World Cup Soccer?), which made obtaining a room difficult. I work for a large company that has contracts with a number of Paris hotels to provide lodging for its employees traveling to Paris. The company travel unit booked me here, and...
